Advice for Home-Delivery Service:
The total repair charge, including charges for incoming and outgoing delivery, will be lower than having repairs done where you live. To be certain, it is best to make an inquiry via e-mail, including photos, before sending your watch. We will determine the charge and advise you via e-mail. However, because it can be a little difficult to estimate exact charges through photographs, if you are visiting Korea we strongly recommend stopping by our store for an estimate. In the event that it takes a little time to complete the repair we will notify you via e-mail and if you are still in Korea you can drop by, but if you are not we will send your watch via international home-delivery service.
