아직 단선철도인데다 1979년 중국-베트남간 전쟁의 후유증으로 북부 철도망이 파괴되어 활성화가 더디다.
오토바이가 많은 것도 대중교통정비가 더딘 탓이 클 것이다.
대만에서처럼 철도를 이용하여 숙소를 이용하고 짐을 수송하는 것은 확실히 어렵다.
약간의 기대도 접고 완전히 다른 방안을 모색키로 했다.
