1. The London company Team Tactics
is looking for a Trump look alike to
host "Apprentice"-style corporate team-building events.
사람)
2. Pickpockets tend to hang out near ‘beware of pickpockets’ signs, because
the first thing people do when they read it is check they still have their
valuables, helpfully giving away where they are.
She
edged forward feeling for a foothold.
4. A wannabe millionaire has quit his home
and jobs to live under a bridge for TEN YEARS - vowing he will not leave until
he has cracked how to win the lottery.
look alike는
a. You married sisters who look alike and think alike.
b. You know all about tax law - can I pick your brains for a minute?
c. His generosity knew no bounds in every
manner and sense. He was our Ambassador and Mr Fix-It all rolled into one.
d. Is
that the show where all those hipster know-it-alls
talk about how fascinating ordinary people are?
(d)는 미드 The O.C.에서
Summer가 어느 라디오 쇼에 대해 하는 말입니다. know it all은 “모든
e. It’s an action-packed adventure full
of cut-throats and dark bargains.
f. The world I know is full of cut throats trying to come up at
another person’s expense.
g. Meanwhile, those cut-throats at the top of shit mountain get fame, wealth and praise
thrust upon them.
h. Extreme right-wing parties gained a foothold in the latest European
elections.
i. The company has gained a toehold in the competitive computer
market.
끝으로 wannabe (want to be) a
wannabe, a lawyer wannabe 이렇게
