Princess! God establishes Aaron and his sons as priests. What is God's
intention that the people of Israel did not offer direct sacrifices to God
but through priests? God wanted a fully dedicated people and
established a priest representing the people for the work.
-
After establishing a priest, they show the way to become holy so that
they can be reasonable to the holy God. After the delegation ceremony,
they are told to give atonement and burnt down. The priest is given a
position of grace. He made me know that it was a position maintained
by grace. He hugs the bull and the ram to pass their sins on to the offerings.
-
He made us know that it is a duty that is maintained by the grace of
Christ who took charge of our sins instead. He hugs the bull and the ram
to pass on their sins to the offerings. With the grace of Christ, who was
in charge of our sins, we also became holy priests of God.
-
The human priest should always offer sacrifices for his sins, but Jesus
Christ (히9:11), the eternal high priest, gave himself at once as a holy
and flawless person so that we can live as God's priests without
repeated sacrifices (히7:26-28).
-
Unlike the atonement ritual (14), which burns part of the sacrifice outside
the camp, or the harmony ritual eaten by the priest, the burnt ritual had
to be given only to Jehovah and the entire ritual had to be burned completely.
In this way, holiness is a gift to God by giving all of me without leaving
any of my own, my realm, and my satisfaction. Why did God set up a
priest without having the people perform ancestral rites themselves?

I know that in order to be established as the Lord's holy spiritual
priest, I must be fully united with Jesus. May you live a life that
conveys the scent of Christ with God's love and grace in mind.
