Code Blue: Calling Dr. Jesus

코드 블루(응급상황) : 예수님을 부르기

How many of you watch medical shows? When there is an emergency and a patient needs to be resuscitated, the staff calls a "Code Blue." It's a serious life-and-death situation, and everyone knows how to respond.

여러분들 중 얼마나 많은 분들이 의학 프로를 보십니까? 응급상황 더욱이 환자가 심폐소생술을 받아야할 때를 (의료)스텝들은 “코드 블루”라고 칭한다. 이것은 생사에 관계된 심각한 상황이기에 모두가 어떻게 반응해야 할지를 알고 있다.

Right now, our nation and the nations are in a Code Blue situation. Terror alerts in Europe are at their highest levels. Economies are shaking and on the brink of collapse. Our national debt has skyrocketed. Unemployment has stayed high. Morally and culturally we are a backslidden nation. We need to go to God. We need His supernatural answers.

지금, 우리나라와 열방들은 코드 블루 상황에 처해 있다. 유럽에는 테러경계를 최고수준으로 설정했다. 경제는 요동치고 있고 붕괴직전에 있다. 국가 채무는 급등했다. 실업률은 최고조다. 도덕적, 문화적으로 타락했다. 우리는 하나님께 가야 할 필요가 있다. 우리는 하나님의 초자연적인 응답이 필요하다.

The Bible gives us certain ways to get God's assistance during a "Code Blue" emergency:

성경은 우리에게 “코드 블루”라는 비상사태 동안 하나님의 도움을 얻을 수 있는 확실한 방법을 제시하고 있다.

Fasting and Prayer

금식과 기도

In the book of Esther, the entire nation was in peril of being wiped out in mass genocide. The whole community was in "Code Blue." Esther called a fast. One of the ways to release God's provision is to fast. It releases His answer and intervention.

성경 에스더서에는 온 민족이 대량 학살을 당하여 전멸당할 위기에 놓였다. 온 공동체는 “코드 블루”에 처했다. 에스더는 금식을 명했다. 하나님의 공급을 풀어놓는 방법 중 하나는 금식하는 것이다. 금식은 하나님의 응답과 개입을 풀어놓는다.

Press Through

헤치고 나아가라

In Mark 5 we see a woman who was in a Code Blue situation. For twelve years she had an issue of blood. She had suffered, she had spent her life savings on treatment, and had only grown worse. She was cut off from her community and she was desperate for a miracle:

마가복음 5장에서 우리는 코드 블루 상황에 놓인 한 여인을 볼 수 있다. 12년 동안 그녀는 하혈을 해 왔다. 그녀는 고통을 겪었고, 평생 모은 것을 치료하기 위해 썼지만 더 악화되었다. 그녀는 그녀가 속한 공동체와 끊어졌고, 필사적으로 기적을 찾았다.

When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well." Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My clothes?" But His disciples said to Him, "You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?'" But the woman... came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction."

그녀가 예수님에 대해 들었을 때, 그녀는 군중 틈에서 예수님 뒤로 와 그의 옷자락을 만졌다. “만일 내가 그분의 옷을 만지기만 한다면 난 나을거야”하고 그녀가 말했기 때문이다. 그 즉시 피의 근원이 말랐고, 그녀는 고통이 치유받은 것을 몸으로 느꼈다. 예수님은 자신에게서 능력이 나간 것을 즉시 아시고 무리들을 향하여 말씀하셨다. “누가 내 옷에 손을 대었느냐?” 그러나 제자들은 예수님께 대답했다. “무리가 주님을 옹위하여 밉니다. 그런데 ‘누가 내게 손을 대었냐?’고 하십니까?” 그러나 그 여인은 예수님께 다가와 엎드리어 사실을 말씀드렸다. 그리고 주님은 그녀에게 말씀하셨다. “딸아, 네 믿음이 너를 강건하게 했다. 고통에서 치유함을 받고 평안히 가라.”

Sometimes God makes a visitation, but sometimes we have to press through for our deliverance. This woman did not stay home. She went to where Jesus was. She pressed through the crowd and opposition for one touch of His garment. You may have to press through your own doubts and fears. You may have to press through disappointment. You may have to press through waiting for the breakthrough, but keep pressing into God in prayer, thanksgiving and praise. If you feel you've prayed and have no more words to say, pray in the Holy Spirit.

때때로 하나님은 방문하시기도 하지만, 때로는 우리가 우리의 구원을 위해 헤치고 나아가야만 한다. 이 여인은 집에 머물지 않았다. 그녀는 예수님이 계신 곳으로 갔다. 그녀는 예수님의 옷에 손 한번 대기 위해 군중과 방해를 헤치고 나아갔다. 당신이 당신 자신의 의심이나 두려움을 통과해서 나아가야 할 수도 있다. 실망을 헤치고 나가야 할 수도 있다. 돌파를 위해 기다림을 뚫고 나가야 할 수도 있지만, 계속해서 기도와 감사와 찬양으로 하나님께 나아가라. 당신이 기도해왔고, 더 이상 어떤 기도도 남아있지 않다고 느끼면 성령 안에서 기도하라.

If we can touch Him, we will be healed. It is not a time to get depressed. Go out and press through like the woman with the issue of blood. No matter what your issue or the nation's issues, God's word for us today is, "One touch is all you need." Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. One touch will restore marriage. One touch will heal finances. One touch can turn our nation.

만일 우리가 하나님을 만질 수 있다면 우리는 치유받을 것이다. 낙담할 시간이 아니다. 혈루병을 앓은 여인과 같이 헤치고 나가라. 당신의 문제가 어떤 것이든 혹은 나라의 문제가 무엇이든 오늘 우리를 향한 하나님의 말씀은 “한 번의 만짐(터치)이 네가 필요한 모든 것”이라는 것이다. 예수님은 어제나 오늘이나 영원히 동일하시다. 한 번의 만짐(터치)이 결혼을 회복시킬 것이다. 한 번의 만짐(터치)이 재정을 고치실 것이다. 한 번의 만짐(터치)이 우리 나라를 바꿀 수 있다.

Stretch Forth

2 Kings 6 records the story of Elisha and the school of the prophets when one of them lost an axe head in the river. It was a borrowed tool and irreplaceable by the man who had lost it. What did Elisha do? He threw a rod over the water and the iron axe head came to the surface. Sometimes when we face impossible situations, God wants us to activate the anointing He has placed in us with action. The anointing breaks the yoke. God is looking for those who will stretch forth their rod to release His supernatural answer.

열왕기하 6장은 엘리사와 강에서 도끼날을 잃어버린 선지자 생도가 있었던 선지자 학교에 관한 기록이다. 도끼날은 빌러온 것이고 대체할 만한 것이 그 생도에게는 없었다. 엘리사는 무었을 했는가? 그는 막대기를 물에 던져 쇠로 된 도끼날이 물 표면에 떠오르게 했다. 때로 우리가 불가능한 상황에 직면할 때 하나님은 우리가 행동을 통해 하나님께서 우리 안에 두신 기름부음을 활성화시키길 원하신다. 그 기름부음은 멍에를 부순다. 하나님은 하나님의 초자연적인 응답을 풀어놓기 위해 자신들의 막대기를 앞으로 내밀 자들을 찾고 계신다.

Don't Worry

걱정하지 말라

In Matthew 6:25-26 Jesus says, "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?"

마태복음 6:25~26에서 예수님은 말씀하신다. “그러므로 내가 너희에게 이르노니 목숨을 위하여 무엇을 먹을까 무엇을 마실까 몸을 위하여 무엇을 입을까 염려하지 말라 목숨이 음식보다 중하지 아니하며 몸이 의복보다 중하지 아니하냐 공주의 새를 보라 심지도 않고 거두지도 않고 창고에 모아들이지도 아니하되 너희 천부께서 기르시나니 너희는 이것들보다 귀하지 아니하냐?”

The enemy will try to overwhelm you with fear and anxiety. The Lord is saying, "If I can take care of the birds, I can take care of you. Don't worry. The things that you can't handle, let go and put in My hands today." Exchange your worries and anxieties for His peace today. His yoke is easy. His burden is light. Enter into His rest.

적은 두려움과 걱정으로 당신을 압도하려 한다. 주님은 말씀하신다. “내가 새들을 돌볼 수 있다면 너희도 돌볼 수 있다. 염려하지 마라. 너희가 다룰 수 없는 것들을 오늘 내 손에 맡겨라.” 오늘 당신의 걱정과 근심을 하나님의 평안으로 바꾸라. 그의 멍에는 쉽고 그의 짐은 가볍다. 주님의 안식으로 들어가라.

How? Hebrews 4:11 says to "strive to enter His rest." Philippians 4:6 tells us to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Replace the anxiety, fear, depression with something else. Replace it with prayer. Replace it with praise. Replace it with thanksgiving!

어떻게? 히브리서 4:11은 “그분의 안식에 들어가기를 힘쓰라”라고 말씀한다. 빌립보서 4:6은 말씀하신다. “아무것도 염려하지 말고 오직 모든 일에 기도와 간구로, 너희 구할 것을 감사함으로 하나님께 아뢰라.” 걱정과 두려움과 우울을 다른 것으로 대체하라. 기도로 바꾸고, 찬양으로 바꾸고, 감사로 바꾸라.

Stay Connected

연결되어 있으라

Jesus was perfect in every way. He was in full communion with His Father, and He was filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Yet He calls the disciples to follow Him. Why? The Lord had need of others. He had need for fellowship. Out of the context of community, He was able to minister to the people. On the night before His crucifixion, He took His closest disciples with Him to the Garden. He asked them to be with Him to watch and pray with Him as He wrestled through the most intense battle of His life.

예수님은 모든 면에서 완전하셨다. 예수님은 하나님 아버지와 충만한 교제를 누리셨고, 성령님의 능력으로 충만하셨다. 그러나 자신을 따르도록 제자들을 부르셨다. 왜인가? 주님은 다른 이들이 필요했기 때문이다. 그분은 교제를 필요로 하셨다. 공동체라는 환경에서 주님은 사람들에게 사역하실 수 있었다. 십자가를 지시기 전날 밤에 주님은 가장 가까운 제자들을 데리고 (겟세마네) 동산에 가셨다. 주님은 생애에서 가장 격렬한 전투를 씨름할 때 제자들이 주님과 함께 있어 예수님과 함께 깨어 기도하기를 요청하셨다.

It is not good for man to be alone. God created us for community. If Jesus needed others – then we need others. One of the tactics that the enemy will try to use against us in a Code Blue situation is "isolation." Stay connected to faith-filled Believers. Be a contributing member in your local church. Join or start a watch even if it is just your family or a few people to tap into the power of corporate watching and praying.

사람이 혼자 있는 것은 좋지 않다. 하나님은 우리를 공동체로 창조하셨다. 만일 예수님께서 다른 이들을 필요로 했다면, 우리도 다른 사람들이 필요하다. 원수가 코드 블루 상황에서 우리를 대적하여 사용하고자 하는 술책 중 하나는 “분리”다. 믿음이 충만한 신자들과 연결되어 있으라. 당신의 지역 교회에 기여하는 성도가 되라. 비록 단지 당신의 가족이나 몇몇 사람만이 깨어 기도하는 공동모임을 시작한다고 할지라도 거기에 합류하거나 순번을 정해 기도하는 것에 가입하라.

Write it and Present it

적어서 제출하라

King Hezekiah was faced with certain invasion and ruin at the hands of the greatest armies of his day. His enemy sent an emissary with a letter detailing the destruction that was to come to Jerusalem's gates to terrorize the people. Hezekiah took the letter to the Temple and spread it before the Lord: "O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made Heaven and earth. Incline Your ear, O LORD, and hear; open Your eyes, O LORD, and see; and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God" (Isaiah 37:16-17).

히스기야 왕은 당대에 가장 큰 대적의 침입으로 인해 파멸에 직면했다. 그의 대적은 이스라엘 백성들을 위협하기 위해 대사에게 멸망을 기술한 편지를 들려 예루살렘 성문으로 보냈다. 히스기야는 그 편지를 가지고 성전으로 가져가 주님 앞에 펴 놓았다. “그룹 사이에 계신 이스라엘 하나님 만군의 여호와여 주는 천하 만국의 유일하신 하나님이시라 주께서 천지를 조성하셨나이다 여호와여 귀를 기울여 들으시옵소서 여호와여 눈을 떠 보시옵소서 산헤립이 사자로 사시는 하나님을 훼방한 모든 말을 들으시옵소서.”(사 37:16~17)

When you don't have an answer, God does. Write down the situations that threaten you, your family, your job, your nation. Lay them down before the Lord and say, "I don't have an answer, but You do." Then give it to the Lord. He is the One who is enthroned between the cherubim. He created the heavens and the earth. He knows the number of hairs on your head and the plans He has for your life. Nothing is an emergency for Dr. Jesus! He can take your Code Blue and turn it around. Nothing is impossible for our God!

당신에게 해답이 없을 때에도 하나님은 해답이 있으시다. 당신과 당신의 가족, 당신의 직업 그리고 당신의 나라를 위협하는 상황들을 적으라. 적은 것을 하나님 앞에 내려놓고 말하라. “저는 방법이 없습니다. 그러나 하나님은 해결책이 있으십니다.” 그런 후에 주님께 그것을 드리라. 그분은 그룹 사이에 좌정하신 분이시다. 그분은 하늘과 땅을 만드셨다. 그분은 당신의 머리카락의 수를 아시며, 당신의 인생을 향한 계획을 가지고 계신다. 그 어떤 것도 예수님에게는 위기상황이 아니다. 그 어떤 것도 우리 하나님에게는 불가능하지 않다!

We thank all of you who have joined us for Reclaiming a Nation: Forty Days for Awakening. We are in a Code Blue situation, but God has given us His solution – "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14).

우리는 “각성을 위한 사십 일”이라는 국가를 개선하기 위한 일에 우리와 연합한 여러분 모두에게 감사한다. 우리는 코드 블루 상황에 처해 있지만, 하나님은 우리에게 그분의 해결책을 주셨다. “내 이름으로 일컫는 내 백성이 그 악한 길에서 떠나 스스로 겸비하고 기도하여 내 얼굴을 구하면 내가 하늘에서 듣고 그 죄를 사하고 그 땅을 고칠찌라”(대하 7:14).

Each one of you is part of His supernatural answer for America. Let us continue to press through for God's breakthrough for our nation, our economy and that our mid-term elections would bring leaders who would return to our Judeo-Christian foundations and that would be friends of Israel.

여러분 각자는 미국을 향한 하나님의 초자연적인 응답의 부분이다. 우리나라와 우리의 경제를 향한 하나님의 돌파를 위해 그리고 중간 선거에서 우리의 유대기독교인의 기초로 돌아와 이스라엘의 친구가 될 지도자를 가져올 하나님의 돌파를 위해 계속해서 헤치고 나아갑시다.

May God give us leaders such that it would be to His glory to give us the victory through them.

하나님께서 하나님의 영광이 될 그런 지도자들을 주셔서 지도자들을 통해 우리에게 승리를 주시기를!
