<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center"><STRONG>The Gilded Palace Of Sin ('69)<BR></STRONG><BR>※ '60년대 중반 밥 딜런의 영향을 받은 포크 롹 그룹, 버즈 출신의 두 멤버<BR>베이시스트였던 크리스 힐먼과 너무도 일찍 젊은 나이에 요절해버린<BR>천재 뮤지션 그램 파슨스가 주축이 되어 이룬 그룹, 플라잉 뷰리토 브라더스는<BR>'60년대 말부터 활동하던 컨트리 롹의 선두 주자들이다.<BR><BR>이글스, 오작 마운틴 데어데빌스, 어메이징 리듬 에이시스등...<BR>수많은 컨트리 롹 팀들에 상당한 영향을 끼쳤으며 이 앨범 "The Gilded Palace Of Sin"<BR>컨트리 롹 역사에 지평을 열었으나 정서상 국내에선 크게 빛을 보지못하고<BR>소수의 매니아층에만 그 명맥을 이어가고 있다.<BR><BR>그나마 타이들곡, "Christine's Tune" 정도가 알려졌는데<BR>이 앨범에 "Do Right Woman" "Dark End Of The Street" "Juanita"<BR>그리고 셀프 타이틀 앨범의 "White Line Fever" 등의 곡들은<BR>그래도 우리 정서에 맞지않나싶다.<BR><BR>재킷에 네명의 멤버들은 모두 촌스런 꽃무늬 의상을 입은데 반해<BR>정작 이 앨범과 아무 상관없는 두 여인의 의상은 상대적으로 세련됐는데<BR>참고로 가운데 두 여인네는 말했듯이 순~폼이다.</P>

늘 버즈의 음악적 무게를 다시느끼게 합니다...
버즈, CSNY, 버팔로 스프링필즈, 홀리스, 마나사스, 포코, 로긴스 & 메시나, 이글스, 제임스 갱까지...
다들 연관이 있는 팀들이죠... '60~70년대 팝의 황금기에는 메인이든 세션이든 한두명 정도는
팀갈이를 하고다녔으니까요... 그래서 더욱 멋진음악들이 탄생하지 않았나 싶습니다.
