Perform after treatment of esophagitis.
Inflammation in any part can be said to be fatal for the practitioner. In particular, when the esophagus becomes inflamed, the inflammation does not stop in the esophagus, but spreads to the diaphragm as well as to the bronchi behind the esophagus. Inflammation of the esophagus makes the diaphragm hard, and when the diaphragm hardens, the diaphragm cannot go down even when inhaling, and eventually the lungs will enlarge forward, backward, left and right. This is called ‘chest breathing’.
If the diaphragm is hardened because of inflammation in the esophagus and cannot go down, the stomach will not go down either. Since the stomach cannot go down, the small intestine, large intestine, and rectum cannot go down. If this condition continues, the organs located below will gradually rise upward. As the organs build up bit by bit over many years, the stomach clings to just below the diaphragm. In this state, the area around the danjeon also hardens and is buried. If you check the danjeon of patients suffering from the disease or those who have the above disease while practicing, you can see that they are buried like this. In the end, the inflammation of the esophagus made the result of burying the danjeon.
Not only this. If left untreated, esophagitis can spread to the bronchi, which are attached to the back of the esophagus. As a result, the bronchi are filled with inflammation and the passage narrows. When the passage of the bronchi is narrowed, the amount of air entering through the nostrils cannot flow into the lungs.
Inflammation of the bronchial tubes will cause the lungs to not fully expand and contract, eventually all the ribs will narrow inward. This narrowing of the chest is because the lungs are getting smaller. When the lungs shrink and the chest narrows, most of the nerves, starting with the nerves that go down to the arms and the nerves that pass along the spine, are compressed. As a result, all functions of the human body fall and eventually become sick. These illnesses are painful and are not medically identified. This is why people today complain of pain without even knowing the name of the disease.
So what causes esophagitis? It's because of stomach acid. Acid reflux occurs when the stomach is stressed, eats unhealthy foods, or produces too much stomach acid due to illness. When stomach acid refluxes, the esophageal sphincter becomes inflamed. The esophageal sphincter is located just above the diaphragm and is normally closed but opens when food enters. However, when there is inflammation in this place due to stomach acid, its function declines and becomes loose. The acid from the stomach travels up the esophagus and up the throat. Please fix esophagitis right away and start practicing.
