Autogenic Kundalini Dantian meditaion
The way of practice for Kundalini meditation I have long cultivated is to first send the energy of the Dantian by Dantian breathing to the muladhara chakra by the autogenic nerve training.
It awakens the Kundalini. We will send the awakened Kundalini energy to the Sahasrara Chakra located in the crown of the head by continuous Dantian breathing.
Through this process, person cannot avoid experience illusion of demons.
You can start meditation, and can go into apnea meditation right away, and this allows you to enter the transcendental consciousness during meditation, though it may take over or less decade. In the process of practicing of meditation, you need to achieve the knowledge about spirits and ontology of universe & human being by continuous self-discipline.
Through this process, you can arrive at the last practice to enter the so-called samadhi state.
