1. Korea is the country where the past and the present are breathing together.

In drama, Squid game and Parasite and Surinam etc are world hit Korean drama. Korea has been one of the major world pop culture since 1990’s.

Today, Seoul is full of modern facilties connected by dozens of subway lines, such as shopping malls, grand and splendid buildings and apartments building, and artistically gorgeous architectures. However, Seoul still containes Korean traditional palaces and historical sites and historical villages filled with traditional houses. Thus, Seoul is considered as the city where the past and present coexist.

* In China, they have also imperial ancestral temple in Beijing, but it was remodeled during Chinese communist government, and in Japan, their shrine is different one from Confucian tradition.
