Here are the instructions on what to do when you receive the Blu-ray.
The promotion team and the production company are not responsible for any disadvantage caused by not reading the notice thoroughly. Please read the following carefully.
1. Check the package for damage or missing item.
Please check the missing or damaged components first after receiving the product.
Product details of the director’s cut Blu-ray.

- It is difficult to exchange for fingerprints on discs or other visible damage 1 week after you have received the product. This is because these can simply be caused when you use the products. Therefore, please check carefully whether there is any exterior damage right after you receive the product.
- We disclaim all responsibility for damage caused by misuse. Please be careful when you use a box cutter or scissors when open the package.
- Due to the nature of manufacturing, the outer box could be slightly crushed. Simple crush of edge cannot be the reason of exchange.
- Due to the nature of the design, minor impact can leave scratches on the matte coated part. Simple scratch of matte coat other than torn, crush or press cannot be exchanged.

※ All requests are received through e-mail only. Please understand that a reply may be delayed when they have a lot of inquiries. They will answer as soon as possible in order.
※ The exchange period for the items is within a week after receiving the package.
※ If you missed checking the product due to inattention to detail, it may not be exchanged so please check as soon as possible. (e.g., If you have exchanged the outer box for the first time and received replacement, and then if you request for another exchange for a different damage for second or third time because you did not check thoroughly, we are not able to exchange for the second and third request.)
2. Guidance on checking video and exchange for defective products.
Please play the entire disk to check, and there may be a quality difference depending on the playback environment. Please check the playback preferences.
- Voice instability, horizontal banding (stripes due to an ambient light), aliasing may be present in additional clips (deleted scene, etc.).
- Audio volume imbalance/overlapping/sounding can be heard in additional clips (behind the scenes, etc.) depending on the environment of the film site. There may be foreign objects on the screen such as lighting differences, field noise, blurred part, banding and etc. These parts are the same as the original, they are not defective.
- Other than above, if you find such problems, we will check with our original file and will inform you if it is not a defect.
-Please rewind the disc 2-3 times to check if it is defected or not. In case of the original episode, please compare with the broadcasted episode.
- If the disk is found to be defective, we will inform you of the exchange process via e-mail. We can check it faster if you provide a video or screenshot of the part that you think is defective.
- A specifically dedicated player or ODD must be used to play this Blu-ray disc. It is the responsibility of users for ripping discs for own possession, and we do not vouch for the ripping, such as copyrights and availability of ripping. Therefore, there is no exchange process for the disk not being ripped. (This product contains prevention of copy function.)
-If there is a black stain on the rim of the disc or a slight scratch, this is an injection mark during disc fabrication. All discs press on the same line, so they can have the same or similar shape trace. This cannot be exchanged because it is part of the normal production range.
-Circular scratch may occur in the regeneration area after the disc is played. Scratches that occur after disk operation, rather than those that have been there since the time the product was received, are not subject to exchange as they are considered as physical damage after the product has been received. Usually, scratches are caused by physical damage of foreign substances.

■ Reasons and how to deal with it.
1. If the position of the player or ODD is visible horizontally, but it is actually tilted, so when the disk rotates it puts pressure on the surface. -> Please check its position and if it is correctly placed.
2. If foreign substances on the disc face or the disc tray of the player cause damage to the rotating disc surface. -> Please check that there are no foreign substances before playing the disc. It can be removed by blowing or clean the disk tray with a soft brush.

※ The exchange period for the Blu-ray discs is within 3 months after receiving the package. Therefore, if it is 3 months after the release, it is difficult to exchange it without the purchase date certification.
3. Copyrights
All videos and components included in this blu-ray are subject to copyright protection. Therefore, uploading original, re-edited or processed data of videos, images and texts of this product may result in civil/criminal liability in violation of copyrights.
-Photos you upload on social media, websites, etc. should only include the images that are shown on the package shot (Blu-ray box set image). Therefore, it is not possible to scan, photograph and upload all components except for the exterior picture.
-Please watermark the image to prevent theft and fraud, even if it is a part of the package shot. (It is safe to fill the picture with your nicknames, accounts, etc.) Please do not describe scenes in detail even when you mention it in text.
Please only mention through pages, disc numbers, minutes, and seconds of the scene. Other than personal feelings such as ‘Cute, cool, got goose bumps.', please refrain from explaining the scene.
-Making merchandise (including group purchase or sharing) based on the Blu-ray package is subject to copyright infringement. It is not possible, so please be careful.
-If you find a copyright violation, please post it on the report board that will be opened later.
4. No product picture board, transaction in cafes is prohibited.
- To prevent second-hand transaction fraud and copyright violations, this cafe do not operate product receipt certification boards. And for the same reason, we prohibit uploading images related to the receipt of goods on any bulletin board in the cafe. We will delete the post that contains the image without notification. (Please check the copyright notice section when you post it on other platform.)
- I would like to inform you that the promotion team and the distribution company are not responsible for problems such as image theft or second-hand transaction fraud outside the cafe.
-All money transactions, including Blu-ray, are prohibited among members of the cafe.
