국민여러분! 안녕하세요. 너스파워덕수는 종로구 1등 모범센터이고 대한민국 1등 모범센터입니다. 너스파워덕수는 부조리와 부정을 하지않읍니다. 헨리는 대한민국 5대기업인 롯데그룹 감사출신입니다.한 사람의 부정이 팀전체를 망가뜨리는 현장을 목격하였고 감사보고서에 의거 인사위원회가 열리고 인사위원회의 결정으로 회사를 떠나는 사람을 많이 봤읍니다. 한 사람의 작은 부정과 부조리가 팀전체에 모럴헤저드를 가져와 회사의 자산절도및 회사전체의 평판을 훼손합니다. 2025년 7월 19일 현재 헨리를 믿고 너스파워덕수 믿음공동체를 함께하는 행도사(행복을 도와주는 사람들)는 45명의 요양보호사선생님을 포함하여 총 47명입니다. 한 분의 부정과 부조리로인해 너스파워덕수 믿음공동체가 깨질 수 있으며 많은 선생님들이 직장을 잃을 수 있습니다. 너스파워덕수는 죽는 그 날까지 법과 규정을 준수하고 너스파워덕수 믿음공동체를 모범적으로 운영하여 선생님들에게 평생직장을 제공하는 것을 천명으로 생각합니다. ナースパワー徳寿は、鐘路区で第1位の模範センターであり、韓国全体でも第1位の模範センターです。ナースパワー徳寿は、不正や不条理を一切許しません。ヘンリーは、韓国の五大企業の一つであるロッテグループの監査出身者です。ヘンリーは、一人の不正がチーム全体を崩壊させる現場を何度も目の当たりにしてきました。監査報告書に基づいて人事委員会が開かれ、その決定によって会社を去らねばならなかった人々を多く見てきました。たった一人の小さな不正や不条理が、チーム全体にモラルハザードを引き起こし、会社の資産の窃盗や全体の評価の失墜につながるのです。 2025年7月19日現在、ヘンリーを信じてナースパワー徳寿の信頼共同体を共に築いている「幸福を助ける人々（ヘンドサ）」は、45名の介護福祉士の先生方を含めて総勢47名です。しかし、たった一人の不正や不条理によって、このナースパワー徳寿という信頼共同体が崩壊する恐れがあります。そして、多くの先生方が職を失う可能性もあるのです。ナースパワー徳寿は、命尽きるその日まで法と規則を守り抜き、ナースパワー徳寿信頼共同体を模範的に運営し、先生方に生涯安定した職場を提供することを使命としています。 NURSEPOWER DUKSOO is the No.1 model center in Jongno-gu and is also recognized as a leading model center nationwide.
