제가 저의 부모님 인권 차원에서 오늘 말씀드리겠습니다.

적어도 저의 부모님은 아무런 죄도 없고 오로지 파산한 아들이 안타까와 아들이 전하는 말만 믿고 여기까지 왔는데, 매우 심각하게 경제적 파산 뿐만 아니라 인권이 심각하게 밟혀져 있습니다.

특히 저의 아버지는 호주 법무장관이 24년12월30일 국제법에 반하게 민사소송 승소원고에 대해 이중처벌을 강행하면서 충격을 받을 당시 25년1월6일 호주 법무장관이 발행한 ‘This is absolutely final fees'문서를 믿고 파산한 아들 대신에 돈을 빌려서 돈을 납부하였습니다.

그럼에도 25년 1월17일에 호주 법무장관은 송금료 등을 청구하였는데, 내 입장에서는 24년11월에 내 재판종결 비용을 법무부와 제반 관련당국에 물어서 'remittance fee'라는 단어가 들어간 답을 들어서 당시 납부한 입장에서는 전혀 예상할 수 없었다. 즉, 25년1월6일 호주 법무부장관이 문서로 답한 ‘이게 절대적으로 마지막 비용이다’는 말을 과신한 셈이다. 그래서 24년12월에 이미 파산한 나에 이어 나의 아버지가 25년 1월 중순부터 준파산에 들어간 것이다.

이러한 상태에서 사실상 나와 친척관계이자 나의 현지 대리인 역할도 같이 하고 있는 지인이 이 모든 상황이 안타까와 25년2월20일에 나를 도와서 돈을 납부하려고 했는데, 나와 우리 부모가 파산한 상태에서 내가 추가로 돈을 조달하기 어렵기 때문에 ‘완납이 아닌 부분납 성격의 새 돈 납부는 의미가 없다’는 측면에서 나는 당시 매우 강하게 신규 납부를 반대했다.

사안의 성격상 국가 차원에서 호주 법무부장관이 특별관리를 하고 있는 본 재판 종결담당자는 25년2월20일에 당사자인 재판 승소원고자인 나의 반대 의지를 당연히 고려해야 할 터인데, 내 의지와 관계없이 이 돈을 받은 주체는 법무장관이었다.

만약 당시 당사자인 나의 의지에 따라서 그 돈을 법무부장관이 받지 않았다면, 지금 법무부장관이 주장하는 여러 월권 논리가 파생되지도 않았다는 점에서 중요한 대목이다.

어쨋거나 이러한 과정을 거쳐서 25년3월18일에 호주 법무부장관은 문서를 발행하였고 ‘이 문서에서 또 다시 요구하는 돈 납부가 정말로 마지막이냐?’고 병상에 있는 나의 아버지가 호주 법무부장관에게 직접 물어보라고 요구했고 나는 그대로 물었다. 그 때 호주 법무부장관은 나의 아버지에게 ‘그렇다’고 대답하였고 이 때 이 사건 종결비용도 분명하게 같이 말했다. 결국 병상에 있는 나의 아버지는 25년 1월에 파산상태에 들어갔음에도 이 호주 법무부장관의 문서답변을 재차 확인하고, 도저히 구할 수 없는 돈을 25년4월14일에 납부하였다. 이 직전인 25년4월10일에 모든 상황을 종합요약하는 호주 법무부장관의 문서 발행도 있었다.

그런데 25년4월16일에 직전 3개의 문서 약속(25년3월18일/3월21일/4월10일)에 나오지 않는 추가 돈 납부를 기한을 정하여 또 다시 강행하는 공권력 폭력을 호주 법무부장관은 하며, 엄청난 충격을 주고 있다.

이에 저는 금융반부패총국에 만일을 대비하여 한 달 전부터 제 진행상황을 정기적으로 보고 하고 있는데, 25년4월16일에 뒤집은 법무부장관의 추가 돈 납부에 강한 이의를 금융반부패총국에 제기하였습니다. 금융반부패총국은 이 이의를 받아들여 몇 일간 법무부장관에 대하여 조사를 했는데, 조사 결과는 제가 제기한 다음 문제점에 대해서는 답을 전혀 하지 못하고 법무부장관의 손을 들어주는 황당한 상황이 나타났습니다.

즉, 24년12월30일에 호주 법무부장관이 민사소송 승소원고에 전혀 별 건의 과거를 강제 연계하여 이중처벌을 강행한 국제법위반에 대해서는, 금융반부패총국도 전혀 언급조차 못했습니다. 그리고 25년2월20일에 이미 포기한 제가 새로운 돈 납부 자체를 강하게 반대했음에도 불구하고 호주 법무부장관은 재판 승소 원고 당사자의 의견을 무시하고 자의로 새 돈을 납부받은 사실 자체에 대해서도, 금융반부패총국은 전혀 언급조차 못했습니다.

더구나 금융반부패총국은 병상에 있는 나의 아버지가 특별히 25년3월21일에 ‘3월18일 문서에서 요구하는 돈이 마지막 돈이냐?’고 물었고 법무부장관은 ‘그렇다’고 답하면서 이 사건 종결비용까지 분명히 말한 점을 아예 못 본 척했습니다.

이러한 호주 법무부장관의 충격적일 정도로 총4번에 걸쳐서 연속적인 문서 약속 파기로 저의 병든 아버지의 인권이 초죽음으로 밟히고 있는 광경은 과거 로마시대 콜롯세움에서 기독교인 박해를 가한 야만의 역사 이상으로 버금갑니다.

☆ 톨스토이의 부활 그리고 로마시대 콜로세움 안에서 무슨 일이 벌어졌나?

5만 명 이상의 관중을 수용할 수 있고 로마의 중심지에 위치한 로마시대 콜로세움 안에서 무슨 일이 벌어졌나?

그 때 5만명은 현대의 100만명에 맞먹는 규모입니다.

그렇게 많은 이들을 유인한 실체는 무엇입니까?

안타깝게도 피입니다.

콜로세움에서는 주로 검투사들의 결투가 이루어졌으며, 동물 사냥 등도 있었고 로마가 원형경기장에서 기독교인을 박해한 것은 엄연한 역사적 사실이었습니다.

군중심리가 가지는 광기를 이러한 피에 대한 대리전을 통하여 세계 제국이 유지된 게 부정할 수 없는 역사적 현실인 것입니다.

☆☆ 콜로세움의 군중 광기도 빨강이나 톨스토이 부활에 그려진 사랑도 빨강이다

제가 중학교 사춘기 때 톨스토이의 부활이란 소설을 읽었습니다.

40년 전에 읽은 거라서 줄거리 잘 기억안나는데, 현대적 시각으로 볼 때 매우 이상한 구조에서 진실한 사랑을 한다는 것만 기억납니다.

폭풍처럼 다가오는 사춘기의 변화와 충동을 일컬어 '폭풍노도의 사춘기 시기'라고 합니다.

그만큼 그 때 읽었던 톨스토이의 부활 속에 그려진 사랑도 처음에는 이해하기 힘들었고 복잡하였으나 책을 덮고 나서 느끼는 점은 진실한 사랑을 부정할 수 없다는 점이었습니다.

5월은 가정의 달이라고 합니다. 가족과 가정을 지탱하는 사랑과는 매우 다른 사랑이 톨스토이의 부활 속에 그려지고 있으나, 크게 보면 이러한 사랑도 출발점이 될 수 있는 것입니다.

콜로세움의 군중 광기도 빨강이나 피일 뿐입니다.

톨스토이 부활에 그려진 사랑도 빨강일 뿐만 아니라 사랑의 본질에 대하여 우리에게 큰 질문을 던지고 있습니다.

호주 본토인 100명도 해내지 못한 일을 저는 24년2월에 공익신고자로 해내며 호주 정부에 큰 공헌을 여러 가지 측면에서 했습니다.

이러한 공익신고자인 저에게 호주 법무부장관이 지난 6개월간 가하는 피의 공권력 공격이 부끄럽지 않습니까?

한국과 아시아 등 국제 사회도 호주 법무부장관이 무려 총6번이나 ‘이게 마지막 비용이다’는 거짓말을 연속적으로 약속하며 그 이후 또 다시 약속파기를 반복하며, 공익신고자를 거꾸로 살아있는 상태로 인간껍질을 벗기는 만행에 대해서 침묵하지 마시기를 부탁드립니다.

I will speak today from the perspective of my parents' human rights.

At least my parents are not guilty of anything and came this far only out of pity for their bankrupt son and believing what he said, but not only are they in serious financial ruin, but their human rights are being seriously trampled upon.

In particular, my father was shocked when the Australian Attorney General enforced double punishment on the winning plaintiff in a civil suit against international law on December 30, 2024. He believed in the ‘This is absolutely final fees’ document issued by the Australian Attorney General on January 6, 2025, and borrowed money and paid the money on behalf of his bankrupt son.

Nevertheless, on January 17, 25, the Australian Attorney General requested remittance fees, etc., and from my perspective, I asked the Ministry of Justice and various related authorities about the cost of my trial completion in November 24, and received an answer that included the word 'remittance fee,' so I could not have expected it at all from the perspective of paying it at the time.

In other words, the Australian A-G's written response on January 6, 2025, that ‘this is absolutely the final cost’ was overconfident. So, following me, who had already gone bankrupt in December 24, my father went into semi-bankruptcy in mid-January 2025.

In this situation, an acquaintance who was actually a relative of mine and was also acting as my local agent felt bad about the whole situation and tried to help me pay the money on February 20, 2025. However, since it was difficult for me to raise additional money while my parents and I were bankrupt, I was very strongly opposed to the new payment at the time because ‘there is no point in making a new payment in the form of a partial payment rather than a full payment.’

Due to the nature of the case, the person in charge of concluding this trial, which is under special management by the Australian A-G at the national level, should naturally take into account my opposing will as the winning plaintiff in the trial on February 20, 2025, but the person who received this money regardless of my will was the Attorney General.

This is an important point in that if the Attorney General had not received the money according to my will at the time, the various logics of overstepping the authority that the Minister of Justice now claims would not have been derived.

Anyway, after going through this process, on March 18, 2025, the Australian Attorney General issued a document, and my father, who was sick, asked me to ask the Australian Minister of Justice directly, ‘Is the payment requested in this document really the last?’ I asked the A-G exactly as my father had wished.

At that time, the Australian Attorney General answered ‘yes’ to my father and also clearly stated the cost of closing the case.

In the end, even though my father, who was in a hospital bed, went bankrupt in January 2025, he re-checked the Australian Minister of Justice's written response and paid the money that he could not obtain on April 14, 2025.

Just before this, on April 10, 2025, a document was issued by the Australian Minister of Justice comprehensively summarizing the entire situation.

However, on April 16, 2025, the Australian Minister of Justice once again committed the violence of public power by setting a deadline for payment of additional money that did not appear in the previous three document promises (March 18, 2025, March 21, and April 10, 2025), causing a huge shock.

Accordingly, I have been regularly reporting my progress to the Financial Anti-Corruption Bureau for the past month just in case, and I have raised a strong objection to the Minister of Justice's payment of additional money, which was overturned on April 16, 2025, to the Financial Anti-Corruption Bureau.

The Financial Anti-Corruption Bureau accepted this objection and investigated the Attorney General for several days, but the results of the investigation revealed an absurd situation in which the Minister of Justice was unable to answer the following issues I raised at all and sided with the Minister of Justice.

In other words, the Financial Anti-Corruption Bureau failed to even mention the violation of international law by the Australian Minister of Justice on December 30, 2024, when he enforced double punishment by forcibly linking a completely different past to the winning plaintiff in a civil suit.

And despite my strong opposition to paying the new money, which I had already given up on on February 20, 2025, the Financial Anti-Corruption Bureau failed to even mention the fact that the Australian Minister of Justice ignored the opinion of the plaintiff who won the trial and arbitrarily received the new money.

Moreover, the Financial Anti-Corruption Bureau pretended not to notice that my father, who was in bed, specifically asked on March 21, 2025, ‘Is the money requested in the March 18 document the last money?’ and the Minister of Justice answered ‘yes’ and clearly mentioned the cost of closing this case.

The sight of my sick father's human rights being trampled upon by the Australian Minister of Justice's shocking breaking of four consecutive written promises is comparable to the barbaric history of Christian persecution in the Colosseum during the Roman era.

☆ Tolstoy's resurrection and what happened inside the Colosseum during the Roman era?

What happened inside the Roman Colosseum, which can accommodate more than 50,000 spectators and is located in the center of Rome?

The 50,000 people at that time were equivalent to 1 million people today.

What is the entity that has attracted so many?

Unfortunately, it's blood.

In the Colosseum, duels between gladiators took place, animal hunting, etc., and it was a clear historical fact that Rome persecuted Christians in the amphitheater.

It is an undeniable historical reality that world empires have been maintained through proxy wars against the madness of crowd psychology.

☆☆ The madness of the crowd in the Colosseum is red, and the love depicted in Tolstoy's Resurrection is also red.

When I was in middle school, I read Tolstoy's novel Resurrection.

I read it 40 years ago, so I don't really remember the plot, but all I remember is that it's about true love in a very strange structure from a modern perspective.

The changes and impulses of puberty that come like a storm are called the ‘stormy puberty period.’

The love depicted in Tolstoy's Resurrection, which I read at that time, was difficult to understand and complicated at first, but what I felt after closing the book was that true love cannot be denied.

As a public interest reporter, am I not ashamed of the ‘bloody attacks on public power’ that the Australian Attorney General has been carrying out over the past six months?

We also ask that the international community, including Korea and Asia, not remain silent about the atrocity of the Australian Attorney General, who repeatedly promised the lie that ‘this is the final cost’ a total of six times, then broke his promise again, and skinned a public interest reporter while I was still alive.
