촬영이 막바지라서 서폿이 힘들것 같다는 나무의 멜을 받고 많이 아쉬웠는데 촬영 추가로 인해 서폿이 가능하게 되어 밥차와 커피차 서폿을 할수있어서 너무너무 행복했어요

이번 밥차+커피차 서폿은 빙고싱가폴과 함께 했어요

서폿가능하다는 나무의 멜을 받고 바로 예약해둔 업체들과 일정 조율하고 은벤져스 디자인팀이 완벽하게 준비해둔 디자인으로 배너, 현수막등을 주문 제작하며 만반의 준비를 했지요~~

우선 밥차후기부터 보실께용🥰🥰🥰
밥차 진행전 정보에 의하면 서폿 장소가 협소하다는 얘기가 있어서 살짝 걱정했는데
스탭분들께서 공간넓은곳으로 장소를 옮겨
주셔서 밥차팀이 준비했던
모든것이 예쁘게 셋팅 될수 있었답니다.

우리배우님께서 제일먼저 오셔서 사진찍으셨고 몇신
더 촬영하고 식사하러 제일먼저 오셨구 오늘은 다른 배우님들과 같이 천천히 오래 식사하시고 가셨답니다.
가실때는 진짜 맛있었다고 하셨고 현수막 배너에 사인도
정성스럽게 해 주셨다고 하시네요

밥차와 함께 진행된 커피차는 밥차 옆쪽에서
서폿을 시작하였고
한쪽에 "배우님을 위한 전용 Zone"를 구성하여,
배우님프리미엄박스, 꽃바구니, 핑크색 선풍기, 손편지등을 셋팅하였고 마무리 설치를 될때 쯤, 주인공이신 은빈배우님이 오셔서 인사해주셨고
촬영중간에 잠시 들르셔서 둘러보시고 가셨다고 해요
커피차 서폿시작과 동시에 모든 스탭/배우분들이 나오셔서
"커피차 미쳤네! 오늘 왜이리 간식도 많아" "너무 화려하잖아"
이러면서 커피차앞에서 우르르 오셔서는 구경하시고, '배우님 위한 전용 ZONE"에 구경도 하시고, 사진도 찍으시고
스탭분들 모두 즐겁게 식사전 커피와 음료, 젤라또 아이스크림 주문하셔서 맛나게 드셨다고 해요

배우님과 스탭분들께는꽃다발, 간식박스와 함께 최신형 손풍기를 10개 넣어서 보내드렸고
스탭분들 손풍기도 100개 준비해서 드렸답니다

식사를 하시고, 박은빈배우님과 매니저분과 소속사 스탭분들이 다시 오셔서 주문서에 커피음료 스탭분들이 주문을해주셔서 가장 먼저 맛있게 전달을 해드렸다고 합니당
기다리시는동안에 다른 스탭분들이 박은빈 배우님께 "너무나 잘먹을께요, 감사해요!" 라는 인사도하시면서 즐겨워 하셨데요
커피음료를 스탭분들이 받으시고, "감사합니다" 마지막 인사를 해주시고, 마무리 촬영에 들어가셨다고 하십니다

다른배우님 매니저분이 젤라또가 너무 맛있어서, 추가로 먹을려고 왔어요! 하셨고
그뒤에 은빈 배우님 스탭분이 저희도 젤라또 더 주문할게요 하실정도로 젤라또가 인기 만점이었데요.
처음 서폿준비에는 아이스크림을 넣지 않았으나
날씨가 더워져 배우님 좋아하시는 젤라또 아이스크림을 추가했는데 탁월한 선택이었던거 같아요

또 점점 더워지는 날씨에 고생하실 배우님과 스탭분들을 위해 운영진 협찬으로 핸드형 선풍기를 준비했답니다
늘 서폿을 준비할때면 은벤져스 운영진은 최선을 다해 최고로 준비하자는 마음으로 기쁘게 운영진들 협찬으로 준비해보았어요🥰🥰🥰

스탭분들께서 "뭐야 선물이 선풍기래 대박" 이러시면서
너무 좋아하셨다는 얘기를 들으니 운영진으로서 너무 뿌듯하고 감사했답니다

어제가 더 원더풀스 막촬이라 늦께까지도 촬영하셨을텐데 잊지않고 인증사진도 올려주신 나무와 배우님께 정말 감사드려요

Alright~~ everyone, are you ready to enjoy The Wonder Fools' catering + coffee truck support event review? 🎉🎉🎉

I was really disappointed when I got the message from Namoo saying that support might be difficult because filming was nearing the end. But thanks to additional filming, support became possible, and I was so happy that we were able to send both a catering and a coffee truck!
This time, we teamed up with Bingo Singapore for the catering + coffee truck support.
As soon as we got Namoo’s message confirm‎ing that support would be possible, we coordinated schedules with the vendors we had tentatively booked, and with the perfect designs prepared by the Eunvengers design team, we ordered custom banners and signs — everything was set to go~~
Let’s start with the catering review first! 🥰🥰🥰
We’d heard in advance that the support location was a bit cramped, so we were a little worried.
But the staff moved us to a more spacious area,
so everything the food truck team prepared could be beautifully set up just as planned.

Our actress was the first to arrive and took some photos. After filming a few more scenes, she was also the first to come for a meal. Today, she stayed longer and had a relaxed meal together with the other actors. Before leaving, she said the food was truly delicious, and we heard she also took the time to thoughtfully sign the banners.

The coffee truck, which was set up alongside the catering, began support operations.
On one side, we created a "Dedicated Zone for the Actress" and prepared a premium box for the actress, a flower basket, a pink fan, and a handwritten letter.
Just as we were finishing up the setup, the star herself, actress Eunbin, came by to greet us. We heard she even stopped by briefly in the middle of filming to look around the setup.
As soon as the coffee truck support stared, all the staff and actors came out, saying things like:
“This coffee truck is insane!”
“Why are there so many snacks today?”
“It’s so fancy!”
They all gathered around the coffee truck, checked everything out, visited the Exclusive Zone for the Actress, and took photos.
We heard that before their meals, the staff all happily ordered coffee, drinks, and gelato ice cream and really enjoyed the treats.

For the actress and staff, we sent flower bouquet, snack boxes, and included 10 of the latest model handheld fans.
We also prepared 100 handheld fans for the staff and distributed them on-site.

After the their meal, actress Park Eunbin, her manager, and staff from her agency returned to the truck. The staff placed their coffee and drink orders, and we made sure they were served first with delicious drinks.
While they were waiting, other staff members greeted Eunbin, saying, “We’re going to enjoy this so much, thank you!” – creating a cheerful atmosphere.
Once the staff received their drinks, they gave us a warm “Thank you” as a final gesture before heading back to finish the last part of the shoot.

One of the other actors’ manager came over saying, “The gelato was so good, I came back for more!” Right after that, one of Eunbin’s staff members said, “We’d like to order more gelato too!” – That’s how popular the gelato was!
Originally, we hadn’t planned to include ice cream in the support, but since the weather was getting warmer, we decided to add gelato – One of the actress’s favorites – and it turned out to be a fantastic decision.
Also, to help the actress and staff stay cool in the increasingly hot weather, we prepared handheld fans sponsored by the management team.
As always, when preparing support events, the Eunvengers management team puts in their full heart and does their best to make everything perfect – and this time too, we happily prepared everything with the management team sponsorships. 🥰🥰🥰

We heard that the staff were saying things like, “What The gift is a fan? That’s amazing!” and were really happy – hearing that made us, as the organizing team, feel so proud and grateful.
Since yesterday was the final shoot for the Wonder Fools, they must’ve filmed late into the night, so we’re truly thankful to Namoo and the actress for not forgetting to share a proof photos.

Thanks to the collaboration between our Eunvengers team and Bingo Singapore, the catering + coffee truck support for the final filming day of The Wonder Fools was wrapped up in such a grand and fulfilling way. To the actress and all the staff – thank you so much for your hard work over such a long time.
We also sincerely thank Bingo Singapore for making this successful support possible, and a big shoutout to the pillars of Eunvengers ~~ our amazing design team (피치, 빛나나, 양양) – thank you so much!
