How to request the repair
1. Order Placed
Contact us via e-mail what repair service you need.
The consultant will be ready Mon- Fri, 13:00-18:00.
We will assist you with your order.
A repair order must be placed before you send your device to us.
2. Device Received
When preparing your device for shipping it is critical that you include
a note of your name, contact number and your adress exactly.
This ensures that we correctly and efficiently match your device to our records.
After your device is removed from its packaging, we test it out, make a note of any apparent issues and update your order status toDevice Received.
For your peace of mind an e-mail will be sent confirming.
3. Fault Diagnosis
After receipt of our iPhone / iPad or iPod, your device will be assessed by one of our experttechnicians.
Please be aware our technicians will check everything on yourdevice to ensure the best possible result.
We like to be thorough with our assessments so this may take time to complete.
When all results have been collected we will contact you to advice.
4. Repairs - Approved or Declined
You’re in control. If your device is sent in for a diagnosis, or you have prepaid for a repair andwe find another issue, we will not proceed with any repairs until we receive your authorization to do so.
If you decline repairs your device will becarefully reassembled, forwarded to our shipping department and returned to you. For any repairs which are prepaid you will receive a refund via your payment method minus the return delivery fee.

5. Device Repaired
A qualified,trained technician who has prior experience will conduct the necessary repairson your device.
Repairs are prioritized by the date the repairs are approved, and then by date received.
So, the sooner you place your order, the sooner we can give you a little piece of your life back.
6. Device Tested
After your device has been repaired
it is placed in our Quality Control phase-everything that canbe checked on your device, will be checked.
If for some reason your device fails testing, it will be sent back to the technician for reevaluation.
No one puts as much emphasis on testing at this stage of the process as we do, becausewe expect your repaired device to be returned to you in perfect working order.
7. Device Shipped
