EDAM 엔터테인먼트입니다.

소속 아티스트의 안전 보호를 더욱 강화하고, 건전한 팬덤 문화 형성을 위해 아이유 팬 에티켓을 안내드립니다.

해당 팬 에티켓을 위반할 시, 당사는 온-오프라인상에서 공식 제재를 가할 수 있으며 페널티 역시 부여할 수 있습니다. 

팬 여러분들께서는 활동에 있어 불이익이 발생하지 않도록, 아래 내용을 반드시 사전 숙지 해주시길 당부드립니다.

[팬 에티켓 안내]

1. 회사, 녹음실, 연습실, 헤어/메이크업 샵 등 공식 스케줄을 제외한 장소와 본가, 거주지 등 

아티스트의 사생활을 침해할 수 있는 모든 사적 공간의 방문을 금지합니다.

2. 해외 스케줄을 위한 공항 입,출국 시 입, 출국장 내부 (출입국 심사장, 보안검색대, 수하물 수취 구역) / 면세점, 라운지 등 모든 공항 시설 내 / 기내에서의 무분별한 현장 생중계, 촬영은 일반 이용객과 관련 직원에게 불편을 끼칠 수 있습니다. 또한 아티스트의 사생활을 침해할 수 있어 이를 일체 금지합니다.

3. 오프라인에서 일정 범위 이상으로 아티스트에게 밀착하는 행위, 지속적으로 연락, 방문, 대화, 신체 접촉 등을 시도하는 등 위에 해당되는 모든 행위를 아티스트의 가족, 지인, 친구 등에게도 동일하게 적용해 금지합니다.

4. 안전상의 이유로 오프라인에서 선물을 직접 전달하는 행위를 일체 금지합니다. 선물은 우편 또는 택배를 통해 회사로만 전달받으며, 회사를 통해 전달되는 선물의 경우에도 외부 환경에 의해 쉽게 부패되거나 파손이 염려되는 내용물(각종 음식물, 병류 등)은 전달이 절대 불가합니다. 변질 가능성이 있는 케이크(슈가 클레이 케이크 포함) 및 꽃 또한 전달이 불가하오니 이 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다. 자세한 내용은 팬레터 전달 및 서포트 신청 방법 안내 (241021 ver.) 공지 참고 부탁드립니다.

5. 공식 스케줄을 제외한 비공개 스케줄의 경우, 주최 측의 요청으로 인한 외부 노출 자제와 업무상 보안 유지를 위해 사전 공개할 수 없는 일정이므로, 현장 방문을 금지합니다. 

- 현장을 방문하여 아티스트에게 접촉을 시도하는 경우, 현장에서 즉각적으로 제재가 가해질 수 있습니다.

6. 공식 오프라인 활동 시, 현장 스태프와 경호원분들의 안내를 따르지 않고, 무단으로 이탈하는 행위, 현장 스태프의 인솔 지역을 이탈해 출입 금지 구역(대기실, 주차장 등)에 진입하는 행위, 타 아티스트 팬과의 과도한 분쟁, 현장 스태프 및 경호원에 대한 폭언/폭행 등 독단적인 판단하에 팬과 아티스트에게 피해가 발생할 수 있는 모든 행위를 금지합니다.

7. 이외에도 팬 활동을 위해 타인을 사칭하는 행위, 허용된 공간 외에서의 사진, 동영상 촬영 또는 녹음하는 행위, 아티스트의 개인 신상 정보를 사고파는 행위, 아티스트 국내외 입출국 시 항공편, 좌석 등 항공 정보를 사고파는 행위, 아티스트 관련 업무를 방해하는 행위, 기타 협조 요청에 불응하는 행위 역시 일체 금지합니다.

상기 사항에 준하여 기타 팬으로서 하지 말아야 하거나 팬덤으로부터 지탄받을 수 있는 사회통념적 부적절한 행위를 일체 금지합니다.

[팬 에티켓 위반에 대한 당사의 제재]

1. 본 팬 에티켓을 위반하는 행위 적발 시, 사전 경고 없이 아이유 공식 팬클럽 ‘유애나’의 가입 자격 및 혜택이 제한 또는 박탈될 수 있습니다.

- 팬 에티켓을 위반한 팬에 대한 신상 정보가 특정되면 위반의 경중에 따라 일정 기간 제명, 일부 활동 자격 제한 등의 페널티가 부과될 수 있습니다.

2. 아이유 공식 스케줄(공연, 공개방송, 팬사인회 등) 진행 시 사전 안내 없이 입장이 제한되거나 참여가 불가능할 수 있습니다.

3. 녹음·녹화된 자료의 삭제를 요구받을 수 있으며, 일부 장소(혹은 공간)에서 강제 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다.

4. 에티켓을 위반하는 행위의 정도가 심각하여 범법 행위에 해당된다고 판단될 시, 민·형사 등의 법적 조치가 있을 수 있습니다.

Guidance of etiquette for IU fans (250513 ver)

Hello.

This is EDAM entertainment.

We provide guidance on etiquette for IU fans to create a healthy fandom culture and to strengthen safety protection for our artist.

Please note that we can impose official restrictions as well as penalties online and offline if you violate these etiquettes for fans.

We ask the fans to be fully aware of the content below in advance to prevent encountering disadvantages in your fan activities.

[Guidance on etiquette for IU fans]

1. We prohibit visits to any and all private spaces that may invade the artist’s private life such as the artist’s house, the artist’s parent’s house and locations other than official schedules such as the agency, recording studio, practice room, hair/makeup salon etc.

2. Reckless live broadcasting, filming within the departure area (immigration area, security checkpoint, baggage claim area)/all airport facilities such as duty-free shops and lounges/on board when the artist is entering/departing the airport for overseas schedules may cause inconvenience to other passengers and concerned employees. It can also invade the privacy of the artist. Thus, we prohibit all such actions.

3. We prohibit actions such as physically getting close beyond a certain range, continuously attempting to contact, visit, talk, make physical contact with the artist offline and we apply the prohibition equally on attempting the actions above to the artist’s family, acquaintances, friends etc.

4. For safety reasons, direct delivery of gifts in person is strictly prohibited.
Gifts must be sent via mail or courier to the agency only. Even for gifts delivered through agencies, items that are easily perishable or likely to be damaged due to external conditions (such as food, bottled goods, etc.) will not be accepted.

Please note that cakes are likely to be spoiled (including sugar clay cakes) and flowers cannot be delivered as well. For further details, please refer to Guidelines for sending fan letters and reqeust fan-supports (Version 241021).

5. Private schedules other than official schedules cannot be disclosed in advance to maintain confidentiality and avoid external exposure due to the request of the organizer. Therefore, we prohibit visits to the locations of private schedules.

- If you attempt to approach the artist by visiting the site, immediate restrictions may be imposed on-site.

6. All actions that can cause harm to the artist and fans such as not following the instructions of the on-site staff and security guards, absconding, leaving the area under on-site staff’s guidance and entering restricted areas (waiting room, parking lot etc.), excessive conflict with fans of other artists, verbal abuse/assault against on-site staff and security guards etc. are prohibited during official offline promotions.

7. All other actions such as impersonating others to participate in fan activities, taking photos and videos or recording outside permitted areas, trading the artist’s personal information, trading flight information such as the artist’s flight number, seat information for entering and departing, hindering work related to the artist and refusing to agree with other cooperation requests are prohibited.

Based on the above, we strictly prohibit all other inappropriate actions based on the common notion that should not be taken as a fan or that may receive condemnation from the fandom.

[Restrictions by EDAM for violations on etiquette for fans]

1. Your qualification to join IU’s official fan-club ‘UAENA’ and to receive benefits can be restricted or revoked without prior warning when violation of this etiquette for fans is discovered.

- If a fan's personal information is identified by violating of fan etiquette, penalties such as suspension or restriction from certain activities may be imposed depending on the severity of the violation.

2. You may be restricted to enter or unable to participate in IU’s official schedule (concert, open broadcast, fan signing event etc.) without prior notice.

3. You may be requested to delete recorded, filmed materials and be forced to leave from certain venues or locations.

4. Legal actions such as civil and criminal suits may be taken if it is determined that the degree of violation of etiquette is severe enough to qualify as misconduct.

您好，

我们是EDAM ENTERTAINMENT。

为了加强对本公司所属艺人的安全保护强度，打造健康的饭圈文化，特此分享IU粉丝须知礼仪事项。

违反相关事项的，我方可能会在线上/线下给予正式制裁与处罚，

为了防止在活动时遭到不利，请粉丝们务必提前确认并熟知以下内容。

[粉丝须知礼仪事项]

1. 禁止访问除正式日程外的所有相关场所，包括艺人公司、录音室、练习室、美发/化妆店，以及可能侵犯隐私的住所、家等一切私人空间。

2.考虑到可能会给一般乘客或相关员工带来不便并侵害艺人个人隐私，禁止在艺人为海外日程在机场出入境时在出入境大厅内部（出入境审查场、安检台、行李领取区域）/免税店、休息室等所有机场设施内/机内未经同意的现场直播、拍摄。

3. 禁止在线下过度贴近艺人，持续试图联系、见面、对话、身体接触等行为，亦禁止对艺人家人、熟人、朋友等进行上述行为。

4. 出于安全考虑，禁止任何线下亲自送礼行为。礼物只能通过邮件或快递送到本公司，通过公司传达的礼物也绝对不能包括容易因外部环境腐坏或破损的东西（饮食品、瓶类等）。可能会变质的蛋糕（包括糖泥蛋糕）、鲜花亦不接收，请注意这一点。详细内容请参考粉丝信传达及应援申请方法相关通知（241021 ver.）。

5. 除正式日程以外的非公开日程是应主办方要求为防止外部泄露和维持保密无法提前公开的日程，故禁止访问非公开日程现场。

- 一旦发现在现场试图接触艺人的，可能会在现场立即惩处。

6. 参与正式线下活动时禁止下列行为，不听从现场工作人员或保镖的引导擅自离开现场工作人员领队区域进入禁止出入区域（候诊室、停车场等）；与其他艺人粉丝发生严重纠纷；对现场工作人员或保镖口出恶言/施暴等一切可能伤害粉丝和艺人的行为。

7. 此外，请参考下列禁止事项。为了粉丝活动冒充他人；在未经允许的地方拍照、拍视频、录音；买卖艺人个人信息；买卖艺人国内外出入境时的航班、座位等信息；妨碍艺人相关业务；不予以配合的行为。

除上述事项以外，禁止任何作为粉丝不应做的；可能受到饭团指责；社会上无法容忍的不当行为。

[本公司处罚措施]

1. 一旦发现违反粉丝须知礼仪事项的，我方可能会在没有事先警告的情况下剥夺IU官方粉丝俱乐部“UAENA”加入资格和特殊待遇。

- 一旦确认违反粉丝礼仪的粉丝个人信息，我方会根据违反行为轻重，处以除名一段时间，限制一部分活动参与资格等处罚。

2. 我方可能会在未事先通知的情况下，限制或禁止参加IU的正式日程(演出、公开节目、粉丝签名会等)。

3. 在部分场所， 我方可能会要求违反者删除录音、录像等资料，也有可能强制要求退场。

4. 一旦认为违反粉丝须知礼仪事项的行为程度过于严重，属于违法行为，我方可能会采取民、刑事法律措施。

* 违反制裁相关内容可能被修改。
