✈🔊차세대 재머(Next Generation Jammer)는 EA-18G 그라울러 항공기에서 발견되는 AN/ALQ-99를 대체하기 위해 공중 전자전 시스템을 개발하는 프로그램이다. 2021년에 초기 운영 능력에 도달했다. AN/ALQ-99는 현재 미국 해군과 호주 왕립 공군의 EA-18G 그라울러 항공기와 현재 퇴역한 미국 해병대의 EA-6B 프로울러 항공기에 장착되어 있다. 방공 억제의 주요 역할에서 이러한 항공기는 알려진 지대공 미사일의 범위 밖에서 수정된 호위 재밍을 제공한다. ✈🛩✈️EA-18G 그라울러 전자전 항공기는 입증된 F/A-18F 슈퍼호넷 플랫폼과 정교한 전자전 스위트를 결합한 F/A-18 항공기 계열의 변형이다. ✈🛩정지 기어 착륙(arrested landing)은 일반적으로 트랩(trap)이라고 하며, 항공모함에 도착하는 항공기의 속도를 늦추는 과정이다. 항공기의 꼬리 후크를 사용하여 정지 케이블을 작동시켜 항공기 속도를 늦춘다. 이는 갑판을 가로질러 늘어진 강철 와이어로 구성되어 갑판 아래의 유압 실린더에 연결된 정지 기어(arresting gear)라는 기계 장치를 사용하여 수행된다.
