110769 - Radius Neck ORIF

1. History checking
1) Patient information
50대 남성 보건의료 종사자

2) Chief complaint
통증을 동반하지 않은 팔의 움직임 제한으로 인한 일상생활의 불편감 호소
- Restriction: Elbow Flexion > Extension
- ADL: 세수하는 동작, 양치하는 동작

3) Pathomechanism
4주전 손을 짚고 넘어지면서 부상을 입게 되었고 이후 내원한 병원에서 Radius neck Fracture, Medial Collateral Ligament tear 진단받고 Open Reduction Internal Fixation(ORIF), Ligament repair 을 진행하였고 4주정도 Splint 로 고정을 유지하였다.

현재는 Splint 를 해제한지 5일이 되었다.

Functional limitation after immobilization

- Fracture of neck of radius, closed (S52.13)
- Traumatic rupture of ulnar collateral ligament (S53)

- Surgical Scar: Elbow medial, lateral side
- Swelling: Elbow

1) Absolute contraindication
- Fracture
