세계종교를 세우신 이유 Why God established world religions

◎ 종교는 인간의 뜻을 이루기 위해 있는 것이 아니라 하나님의 뜻을 이루기 위해 있습니다. 하나님의 뜻이 이루어져야 인간의 뜻이 이루어집니다. 하나님이 뜻하는 것은 일차적으로 아담 완성과 해와 완성입니다. (천성경 116-56)

Religion does not exist to fulfill people's desires; it exists to fulfill the Will of God. Once we have fulfilled God's Will, then it becomes possible to fulfill our human desires. God's Will is, first of all, the perfection of Adam and Eve.

◎ 우리는 인류시조의 타락으로 말미암아 고향을 잃어버렸고 나라를 잃어버렸고 세계를 잃어버렸습니다. 더 나아가서는 하나님을 잃어버렸습니다. 하나님의 사랑까지도 잃어버렸습니다. 이런 방대하고 엄청난 모든 것을 다시 찾을 수 있는 하나의 기원이 참부모입니다. (천성경 147-18)

Due to the Fall of the first ancestors we lost the hometown, the nation and the world. Furthermore we lost God and even God’s love. True Parents are the starting point to regain all these essential and magnificent things.

◎ 수많은 기독교인들이 지금까지 소원의 한 날을 바라고 재림의 날을 기다리는 것도 이것을 위해서이고, 수많은 종교가 전부 한 날을 바라고 있는 것도 이것 때문입니다. (천성경 147-18)

It is for this same purpose that countless Christians have been longing in hope, waiting for the day of the Second Coming. For this purpose many religions are also longing for this day.
