세계위씨종친총회장정

第一章 總則 제 1장 총칙

第一條本總會定名為世界魏氏宗親總會〈以下簡稱本會〉。

제 1 조 본 총회 명칭은 세계위씨종친총회로 정한다.[이하 간략하게 '본회'로 칭한다]
第二條本會以聯絡世界各地魏氏宗親，俾期宏揚祖德，敦親睦族，團結互助，砥礪志節，貢獻智慧，造福社會，促進和諧為宗旨。 제2조 본회는 세계각지의 위씨종친을 연락함으로써 가깝게 모여 조상의 덕을 크게 선양하고, 친족끼리 사이를 돈독하고 화목하게 하고, 단결하고 서로도와서, 지조와 절개를 갈고 닦고, 지혜를 드리고, 종친의 모임을 행복하게 하고, 화목을 증진함을 그 목적으로 한다.
第三條本總會會址設於台北市，必要時得在世界主要城市地區設置聯絡處。

제3조 본총회 소재지는 대북시이며, 필요시 세계 주요 도시 지구에 연락처를 둘 수 있다.

第二章 任務 제 2 장 임무

第四條本會任務如左：

제 4 조 본회의 임무는 다음과 같다.

﹝一﹞關於海內外宗親之調查、登記及聯絡事項。

(1) 세계의 종친 조사, 기록 및 연락사항에 관한 것.
﹝二﹞關於各國家地區宗親會設置之輔導事項。

(2) 각 국가 지구 종친회 설치의 자문사항에 관한 것
﹝三﹞關於海外宗親回國之接待事項。

(3) 해외종친 귀국 접대 사항에 관한 것
﹝四﹞關於魏氏宗親歷代文獻之收集、編輯事項。

(4)위씨종친 역대문헌의 수집, 편집에 관한 사항

﹝五﹞關於魏氏宗親在海內外成就資料之收集、報導及表揚事項。

(5) 전세계 위씨종친의 성공사례 수집, 보도 및 표창 사항에 관한 것

﹝六﹞關於魏氏先賢之崇祀事項。

(6) 위씨 선현 봉사사항에 관한 것

第三章 會員 제 3 장 회원

第五條本會會員分為個人會員與團體會員兩種：

제 5 조 본회의 회원의은 개인회원과 단체회원 두 종류로 구분한다.

﹝一﹞凡世界各地年滿廿歲之魏氏宗親，不分性別，贊同本會宗旨者，經會員二人 之介紹，皆可申請加入本會為個人會員。

(1) 전세계 각지의 만 20세의 위씨종친으로서 성별을 분문하며, 본회의 목적에 찬동하는 사람은 2인의 회원의 소개를 거쳐 본회에 개인회원으로 가입할 수 있다.
﹝二﹞凡世界各地魏氏宗親組織，贊同本會宗旨者，

전세계 각지 위씨종친조직으로 본회의 목적에 찬동하는 단체.

﹝三﹞凡本國團體會員中之個人會員均得不經入會，而申請為本會會員。

(3) 모든 본국 단체회원중 개인회원은 모두 입회의 절차를 거치지 않고 본회 회원으로 신청할 수 있다.

第四章 組織 Chapter IV Organization

﹝五﹞財務組：辦理經費收支、預、決算表編製等事宜。 ﹝ five ﹞ Financial Group: handle matters funding payments, pre, balance sheet preparation and so on.
﹝六﹞僑務組：辦理海外宗親聯絡、接待等事宜。 ﹝ six ﹞ Overseas Group: for overseas liaison clan, hospitality and other matters.
﹝七﹞公關組：辦理國內聯絡、交際等事宜。 ﹞ PR ﹝ seven groups: for domestic liaison, communication and so on.
﹝八﹞康樂組：辦理大會餘興節目安排及交誼活動事宜。 ﹝ eight ﹞ Recreation Group: Assembly Cabaret handle arrangements and fellowship activities matters.
﹝九﹞福利組：辦理婚喪賀悼、急難救助等事宜。 ﹝ nine ﹞ welfare groups: for weddings He Mourning, disaster relief and other matters.
﹝十﹞新聞組：辦理大會及其他活動新聞報導及攝影等事宜。 ﹝ ten ﹞ Newsgroups: for meetings and other events, such as news reporting and photography matters.

﹝四﹞處理各項業務。 ﹝ four ﹞ handle the business.
﹝五﹞審核准會員入會。 ﹝ five ﹞ Audit Associate Membership.
﹝六﹞辦理監事會移付執行之案件。 ﹝ six ﹞ handle cases execution of the Board of Supervisors shift pay.

第廿三條本會理事長之職權如左： Mandate of Article 23 of this chairman shall be as follows:
﹝一﹞對外代表本會。 ﹞ ﹝ a foreign representative of the Council.
﹝二﹞執行常務理事會決議。 ﹞ ﹝ two resolutions will perform executive.
﹝三﹞召集常務理事會議。 ﹝ three ﹞ convened executive session.
﹝四﹞代表常務理事會執行日常會務。 ﹝ four ﹞ perform daily conference on behalf of the Standing Council.
第廿四條本會監事會之職權如左： The terms of reference of the Board of Supervisors of the first round bar will be as follows:
﹝一﹞監察本會會務之推行。 ﹞ ﹝ a conference of the Council to monitor implementation.
﹝二﹞稽察本會之財務。 ﹝ two ﹞ financial inspection of the Council.
﹝三﹞監察會員履行義務。 ﹝ three ﹞ obligation to monitor members.
第廿五條本會常務監事會之職權如左： The executive powers of the Supervisory Committee of the 25th Council shall be as follows:
﹝一﹞執行監事會決議。 ﹝ ﹞ perform a Supervisory Board resolution.
﹝二﹞召集監事會議。 ﹝ two ﹞ convene a board meeting.
﹝三﹞處理經常監察事務。 ﹝ three ﹞ deal regularly monitor transactions.

第八章 附則 Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
