A. 선복에 관하여
1.We hereby requested you to book our cargo of 10 tons on your ship "Arirang " scheduled to sail on the 15th of this month.
2.Please book 40 tons of our cargo on the ship "Sejong" ETD March 16th.
3.We confirm having booked for you the following cargo per s.s. "Jinduek".
4.Please book your cargo early enough in order not to be shut out.
5.We have about 50 measurement tons of cotton textile goods for shipment from Pusan to Bangkok and request you to let us know the freight rate.
6.According to your instruction of 11th June, we have today dispatched your cargo by rail to Pusan for shipment per s.s. Korean Bear bound for New York .
7.Everett Steamship Company just informed us by telephone that they have raised the freight rate for all their ships running between Far Europe and this applies to your pending order which we sold on C&F basis.
8.We shall appreciate if you would give us your lowest rate of freight for 100 cases of silk goods to be shipped during October from Inchon to Boston via Panama.
9.In response to your inquiry of August 7th, we are pleased to quote you the freight rate at U.S. $100.20 per ton of 40 cubic feet for silk goods from Inchon to Boston via Panama.
10.Plese let us know the freight rate for apples from Pusan to Manila during Summer and what ships are available during this period, both conference and tramp lines.
B. 해상보험에 관하여
1.Please insure U.S. $200,000 for 100 cases of suiting materials against All Risk including War Risk and SR & CC.
2.Please effect insurance for U.S. $50,000.00 on our goods on FPA terms from Pusan to Sidney and let us know the lowest premium rate.
3.In compliance with your inquiry of yesterday, we wish to quote you the insurance rate at 1.8 percent for W.A. 5% including War Risk.
4.If you have any cargo to be insured, we shall be more than happy t serve you with lowest rate.
5.We would like to insure 120% of invoice value.
6.In reply to your inquiry of September 12, 19- we quote you the rate of 90 cents per one hundred dollars W.A. including War Risk on the shipment referred to in your letter.
7.Would you please let us know the insurance rate against all risk on nylon goods for $50,000.00 from Inchon to Buenos Aires during March.
8.We should be much obliged if you would cover us to the extent of $20,000.00 at 3 percent on the synthetic rubber goods between Pusan and Kobe.
9.Please close insurance on the goods as contracted without any further delay.
10.Please insure the merchandise with air carrier for 120% of the invoice value premium payable by the consignee.
C. 원산지증명에 관하여
1.Please send us a certificate of origin with other shipping documents.
2.All your shipment of wigs must be accomplished by comprehensive certificate of origin.
3.As your cargo can get the preferential tariff treatment be sure to send a generalized system of preference certificate of origin issued by your government.
4.Any certificate of origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce in your area will suffice our purpose.
5.We are enclosing a copy of the C.O. which you requested in connection with our last shipment.
D. 검사증 및 검역증에 관하여
1.You are requested to send us a copy of inspection certificate duly signed by the authorized official.
2.We shall ask the General Surveyor to inspect your cargo before shipment.
3.In addition to your Government's routine inspection, we require an inspection by our agent.
4.All shipment of live animals must be accompanied by a quarantine certificate issued by relevant authorities.
5.Your last shipment of bristles could not be cleared through the customs due to want of quarantine certificate.
