[RESPONSE] Talk about pig intestines and cow intestines, which are Korean delicacies. Dishes made from pig and cow intextines, or gopcang , are popular Korean delicacies. They can be prepared in differnet ways. Pig intestines are usually cooked with vegetables and sauce, The trick is to get rid of the smell. Intestines can also be used in a stew, or you can grill them on a fire. Different parts of cow intetines are also popular. In some cases, the meat is marinated. However, I prefer grilling it as it is and eating it with salt. The problem with intetines is that they can look off-putting. Even amog Koreans, there those who stay away from this dish. Personally, I like it a lot.
