업무내용 :
Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index score on the data system bi-daily/weekly
Review/ revamp FAQ contents
Daily track bugs/issues and communicate w/t product team via Bugzilla system to get the bugs fixed quickly
Create/Translate training materials if necessary and check agent training
Document guideline/work process if there is any change
자격사항
Strong Internet skills
Skilled in written communication both in Korean and English
Ability to work collaboratively with internal/external teams
Strong PC skills, especially MS office and photo shop
Ability to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works
Time management skill
Fluent English
Bachelor degree or undergraduate student on leave of absence
근무지 : 강남포스코사거리(선릉역 혹은 삼성역 이용)
근무기간 : 4개월 계약
급여 : 1,220,000원
