Be cautious of drowsiness
In your daily life, always breathe gently and deeply. As you do, there will come a time when your mind settles. Even without systematic training, simply meditating quietly can help relax your body.
Frequently relax the area below your waist or your lower back. Beginners should be especially careful not to fall asleep while relaxing. Don't darken your mind or make it stuffy. Breathe out as much as you breathe in, and vice versa. If you inhale roughly, you will exhale roughly, and if your inhalation is calm, your exhalation will also be calm. However, there are times when exhalation becomes excessively long. If this state continues for a while, it can cause a lack of oxygen in the brain, leading to drowsiness. If you unknowingly continue to inhale for one to two minutes, the brain can sustain serious damage due to dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. Side effects such as seeing abnormal objects or blockage of breathing or visual nerves may occur."
