The kingdom of God is very big, deep and mysterious. Since I have learned for
30 years and I haven't fully understood it yet, it's natural for my disciples to
wander around for years. There is eternal life, salvation, God's kingdom,
peace in Jesus. So if you get Jesus, you get everything.

Another model of Israel's depraved image, which requires the restraint of Messiah,
is the 'rich of anonymity'. If yesterday's problem with humans who left God turned
out to be the depravity of the marriage system, or "sexual adultery," today it's "money."
-
It must have been quite shocking to first-time readers to raise the issue of wealth because
the Jews regarded 'wealth' as a symbol of God's blessing. A rich man desperately comes
to Jesus and asks for his eternal life. He already knows the commandments of life that God
gave him. There was, and I was proud to have kept it. He's in the ranks of the righteous
on the basis of Judaism. Many of his wealth is seen as God's blessing. But it's an inversion.
-
The Lord knows that there is only one thing a rich man lacks, and if it is not filled, he will
never enter the kingdom of God, and asks, "Sold everything you have, give it to the poor
and follow me." In times like this, I wonder if it's because I don't have enough money,
but the rich refuse to obey and leave the Lord.
-
It's because you love them, but they don't want to be loved. God is right in asking for
something I love more than the Lord, than in words, and in eternal life, and in forcing
me to take it The ancient concept of wealth was deeply linked to patron culture.
Sponsors were considered to have been given wealth and power by God, and especially
Jewish patrons used to show off their special relationship with God by supporting
synagogues and temple rites.
-
But our Lord, in keeping with the tradition of prophets of the Old Testament, maintains a
strong negative attitude toward wealth(막 4:19-34, 눅12:13-32, 16:1-15). Generally familiar
with the gospel, the gospels understand the core of the disciple as "following life."
"Follow me," the Lord's command said, "Follow me at once(막1;17-20). Of course, adverb
"soon" describes the reaction of his disciples as an immediate decision.
-
And it's clear that these decisions represent their sacrifice and dedication to giving up their
families and even their jobs. When we look at this, we consider the life that follows the Lord
with external decisions as an example of commitment. However, we need to consider how
sincere the students' surprise decision in the context of the entire Gospel of Magah was.
-
In particular, today's text briefly mentions the responses of the(28)students, but in the
parallel passage of the Gospel of Matthew, we describe their responses more specifically.
"We have forsaken all things and followed the Lord, so what shall we get?"
Here we do not have disciples emptying their minds with pure devotion and following Jesus,
You can see that he followed with a desire for compensation.
-
They wanted to get a lot more than they threw away or left behind.
What's hidden is supposed to come out eventually. Three years later, he demanded
worldly status in return for his devotion (10:37). And when Jesus was handed over to
hardship and death, they left him regretting everything.
-
Chapter 10 of the Gospel of Margaery features four types of character Pharisees, the rich,
the disciples, and the bodymeos. All of these were passionate followers of Jesus.
The Pharisees, however, followed Jesus eagerly, but did not put down hostility and distrust
(10:1). The rich followed Jesus by saving eternal life. And he kept all the commandments for
it, but he couldn't put down his fortune, so he didn't follow through with faith (22,23).
-
This failure of a rich man who is unable to put down his fortune contrasts with a child
who is a father who can only trust and follow. And as if the disciples were trying to
distinguish themselves from the rich who failed to put down their wealth, they remind
him of the things they had done to the LORD, for they had abandoned their nets, ships,
their whole earths and their fathers. But it's all about disciples and rich people.
-
He has not given up greed, and his mind is somewhere else but his body.
Unless my heart changes, those who became disciples will be later, and those who are
not in the group of disciples will be given eternal life before their disciples. Am I a student?
Why can't I still give up on mine?

Thank you for reminding us that eternal life only takes place in God's kingdom, and
the rest only in relativatives. Lord, let the seduction of matter be lifted, and let go of
things that are in your way as children. hank you for giving me a more valuable eternity.
Lord, restore my first love. So help me quickly clear up my need for wealth growth,
good seats, and name-making.
