I went to the Solgeo Art Museum

Since it’s named after Solgeo
Wouldn’t it have paintings of his famous pine trees?

And what else about it?
Wouldn’t it have sparrows

Flying through the branches in the breeze
Mistaking the painted trees for real ones
Hitting their heads and falling to the ground
then Struggling to get back up?

So, I paid the entrance fee and went in
But there wasn’t a single painting of Solgeo’s pine trees
Not even one sparrow trying to rise

Feeling empty and disappointed
I wandered to Samneung
There, in the light and wind,
I found the True Spirit of Solgeo’s pine trees lived
Framed by Mother Nature herself

You may come to enjoy them anytime.

솔거미술관에 가 보았네

솔거미술관이니

신라 솔거의 소나무 그림

미술관을 꽉 채우고 있지 않겠는가

어디 그뿐이겠는가

신라 솔거의 소나무 그림을 보고

바람이 불면 가지를 일렁이는 소나무로 알고 날아와

그만 머리 부딪쳐 바닥에 떨어진 참새들

몸을 추스르려고 무진 애쓰고 있지 않겠는가

그래 입장료를 내고 솔거미술관 들어가 보니

솔거미술관에 신라 솔거의 소나무 그림

단 한 점도 없었네

몸을 추스르고 있는 참새

단 한 마리도 없었네

허전한 마음 가눌 길 없어

삼릉에 가 보았더니

햇빛과 바람으로 단단히 표구한

신라 솔거의 소나무 그림 거기 다 있었네

누구든 언제든 와서 실컷 보라고

Appreciation Review 感想

솔거의 소나무는 자연 속에서
진정한 모습으로 존재하며
누구나 와서 자유롭게 즐길 수 있다.
