많은 유학생들이 운전을 하죠?  캐나다 법규 중에서 ..... 벌금 Penalty 에 대해 오늘 설명해 드릴께요...

운전 하시면서 여러 경우의 딱지를 받는데.........

조심 해야 할 것들 몇가지 알려드립니다.

중요한것  딱지 외에 벌점이라는 것이 있답니다....

밑에 벌점은 1년에 한번씩 정산이 되는데 .............. 딱지 외에 생일전에 추가 벌금 을 내라고 날라 온답니다..

3 점 이상을 수령하면 운전자 패널티 포인트 (DPP) 보험료를 지불하게됩니다.

예로 .....  내가 핸드폰을 쓰다가 걸렸을 경우....

벌금 Penalty $368 불  + $175 불 추가 벌금 =$543 불의 벌금을 낸다는 것이랍니다.ㅠㅠ

세돌이 입니다. 작년에 걸린 경우 가격이 저렴했을 것입니다. 300 불이 안되는 벌금은 벌점이 없었습니다.
또한 DISPUTE 한 경우 이기면 벌금용지는 무효화가 된답니다. 도움 되시기를 바랄께요.
