♠ 어두운 순간(瞬間, instant)은 반드시 지나간다.(Dark moments are bound to pass.) ♠

세상이 아무리 험악(險惡, ugly)할지라 도 진정(眞正, really)사랑을 거부(去否, refusal)하는 사람은 없습니다.(No one really rejects love, no matter how dangerous the world is.)

누구든 정말 자신을 사랑하는 사람이 있다는 것을 알면 그는 희망을 갖게 됩니다.(Knowing that anyone really loves him gives him hope.)

그리고 자신을 둘러싼 문제가 무엇이든 간에 이겨낼 힘을 얻습니다.(And whatever the problems surrounding you, you get the strength to overcome.)

세상 모든 사람에게 필요한 것은 사랑입 니다.(What everyone in the world needs is love.)

어려움을 만난 사람에게는 더욱 더 사랑이 필요하지요.(People who encounter difficulties need more love.)

사람마다 자기가 좋아하는 유형(類型, type)이 있습니다. (Each person has his or her favorite type.)

키가 큰 사람, 말을 재미있게 하는 사람, 잘생긴 사람, 귀여운 사람, 터프한 사람,(A tall person, a funny person, a handsome person, a cute person, a tough person,)

돈 잘 쓰는 사람, 날씬한 사람, 통통한 사람 등 다양(多樣, various) 합니다.(They are diverse, including people who spend money well, people who are slim, and people who are chubby.)

그런데 이 다양한 사람들의 다양한 취향(趣向, taste)에도 불구하고 모든 사람들이 공통적(共通的, commonness)으로 희망하는 유형이 있습니다.(However, despite the various tastes of these diverse people, there is a type that everyone wants in common.)

마음이 넓은 사람과 사랑할 줄 아는 사람입니다.(I'm a person who knows how to love a person with a broad heart.)

대부분의 사람들은 좁고 작은 마음을 가지고 있습니다.(Most people have narrow, small minds.)

다른 사람을 사랑하지 못하면서 자신은 사랑받고 싶어합니다. (You want to be loved without loving others.)

때문에 그런 자신을 이해할 사람을 필요로 합니다.(That's why you need someone to understand yourself.)

그리고 자신의 마음을 넓히기 보다 다른 사람의 마음이 넓기를 기대(期待, expectation)합니 다.(And rather than expanding your mind, I expect others to have a wider mind.)

그러나 우리가 사는 이 땅에는 넓은 마음을 가진 사람이 적습니다.(However, there are fewer people with a broad mind in this land where we live.)

처음 만났을 땐 마음이 넓은 것 같지만 조금 지나면 그도 역시 우리 만큼 밖에 안 되는 속 좁은 사람이라는 것을 알게 됩니다. (When we first met, he seemed to have a broad heart, but after a while, we found out that he was also a small person who was only as small as us.)

그러면 우리는 또다시 마음 넓은 사람을 찾아갑니다.(Then we go to someone with a big heart again.)

세상에서 자신보다 넓은 마음을 가진 사람을 만난다는 것은 쉽지 않은 일입니다.(It's not easy to meet someone with a wider mind than yourself in the world.)

하늘에서 떨어지는 번개(lightning)를 맞는 것보다 넓은 사람을 만나는 것이 더 어렵습다.(It's harder to meet a wide person than to be struck by lightning falling from the sky.)

사랑할줄 아는 사람 그는 바보를 천재( 天才, genius)로 만들수 있는 사람이고 고장난 세상을 고치는 기술자입니다. (Someone who knows how to love He is a man who can make a fool a genius and an engineer who fixes a broken world.)

우리가 남들보다 조금 더 사랑할 줄 안다면 우리는 모든 곳에서 환영(歡迎, welcome)받는 주인공(主人公, protagonist)이 될수 있습니다.(If we know how to love a little more than others, we can be welcome protagonists everywhere.)

사랑받는 사람이 아니라 사랑을 주는 사람이 " 세상의 참된 주인공(主人公)"입니다.(The one who gives love, not the one who is loved, is the "true protagonist of the world.")
