Rent: 1-9 nights: $45/night (minimum 3 nights)

10 nights or more: $40/night (over a month - negotiable)

Room 3 & 4 (shared bathroom, 1 person): 

Rent: 1-9 nights: $40/night (minimum 3 nights)

10 nights or more: $33/night (over a month - negotiable)

- Available now.- Rent includes utilities (electricity/water/gas), laundry.- non-smoking, drug/partry free environment- security deposit - half of the rent- common area - kitchen and living room-Jaccuzi and pool in the community
