Calibration Engineer	경력	• Plan and carry out the following system dq  Plan aq  Plan and carry out the following system development activities, supported by Korea-based development engineers and UK technical experts - vehicle-based calibration of transient rail pressure control, fuel-injection-related diagnostics, cranking and start, fuel injection pump control - vehicle-based fuel injection system performance eval‎uation in support of pre-production development programs and running changes, in climatic facilities and in-territory • Support the customer on calibration topics by: - Interpreting Delphi control strategy documents - Collating customer requirements and technical issues, carrying out initial investigations and feeding back to UK expert team • Prepare technical reports and presentations for the resident engineering team leader and the Heavy Duty Calibration Managernd carry out the following system development activities, supported by Korea-based development engineers and UK technical experts	• Educated to a minimum of degree level in an Engineering discipline. • Minimum 5 years’ post-graduation experience in diesel powertrain development and calibration • Areas of development / calibration expertise may include: - Injection Control - Rail Pressure Control - Model-based torque coordination - Air Path control - Aftertreatment Control • Ideally, experience using ETAS INCA calibration tools • Working appreciation of embedded control techniques including being able to follow Matlab Simulink diagrams • Proven coaching, mentoring and problem solving skills • English communication skills:  Technical report writing and verbalucated to a minimum of degree level in an Engineering discipline.
Sales Account Manager	경력	•Develop strong relationships with key customer organizations across the functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc) including senior management levels through active marketing of the Delphi Diesel innovative product range. •Support creation and update of Delphi’s Product Line strategy •Participate in profitable and sustainable growth of the account by meeting Bookings, Revenue, Cash & Profit Enhancement targets at each customer •Prepare detailed volume and revenue forecasts by product line for Delphi annual budget and business plans •Communicate, interface with Delphi Product teams, Business Lines and Plants to ensure Customer’s expectations are addressed and necessary support/resources are allocated for business opportunities	•Technical or Commercial degree (Required) •To have an industrial and/or engineering background (Preferred) •Previous account management / program mgt / diesel product experience in a customer focused business/commercial environment. (Preferred) •Good knowledge of the financial dimensions of the business (Preferred) •Demonstrated negotiation skills (Preferred) •Ability to build strong relationships •Team player •Fluent in English (Required) – French would also be a +  •Computer capabilities (Microsoft Office etc.) (Required)
Quality Engineer	경력	• Diesel Common Rail Systems Quality Improvement Activity for Korea Customer • Diesel Common Rail Systems Customer Communication Interface for quality issue • Diesel Common Rail Systems Quality reaction to meet customer quality target	• Electronics and Mechanical background (Required) • English communication skill (Required) • Knowledge of Diesel Common Rail System or Diesel EMS (Preferred) • Field quality background (Required)
공 통		● 영어능력(Speaking & Writing) 우수자  ● MS-Office 활용 가능자  ● 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자
