I remember a valuable time when I served as both the vice head and the head of the Academic Department at school. This leadership position allowed me to understand how small actions can support others and create a positive impact. As the department head, I provided effective study methods for top academic performance directly to my fellow students. I wanted to help everyone improve their confidence, so I carefully prepared guidelines based on practical learning strategies. Furthermore, I conducted votes with our department members to democraticly choose activities to work on together. Working alongside my team, I realized that true leadership comes from active listening and mutual respect. Seeing my schoolmates become more confident and passionate about learning made me feel deeply proud and happy.
At the same time, I once received guidance from my teacher when I did not know how to prepare for an important presentation. My teacher kindly explained what to do and encouraged me to believe in myself. Thanks to the advice given by my teacher, I was able to finish the presentation successfully.
Through these experiences, I learned that helping others and receiving help are both meaningful parts of life. Kindness shared among people can make society warmer, and I hope to continue living as a person caring for others around me.
