I'm looking for a new roommate to share my comfortable 2-bedroom suite. My current roommate is moving out for a happy reason (starting a family!), so a room is becoming available.

A little about me: I'm a Chinese student, clean, quiet, and respectful. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, keeping the apartment tidy, and hanging out with friends. I'm looking for a roommate who is also considerate and clean. Because of my background, it would be a great bonus if you speak Japanese, Chinese, or Korean, but it's not a strict requirement for the right person!

About the Room:

Your Room: A private bedroom in a 2-bedroom suite.

The Space: I've lived here for over 3 years—it's a great, stable place to live. The common areas are kept clean and comfortable.

Key Features: The suite comes with a full kitchen (fridge & stove), a washer (no dryer, but we have a drying rack), and plenty of storage.

Parking: Both street and surface parking are available.

Location: The building has 24-hour access and is in a convenient area.

Financials:

Your share of the rent: $700

We would split the Wi-Fi fee
