Hello, my name is Gong Chaerin. Today, I would like to share three of my good habits and three of my bad habits.
To begin with, one of my good habits is planning my schedule every morning. By organizing my day in advance, I can manage my time more efficiently and stay focused on what I need to do. It also helps me feel less stressed.
Another good habit I have is drinking plenty of water throughout the day. This habit helps me stay refreshed and improves my concentration during my studies.
In addition, I make an effort to practice positive thinking. This habit helps me maintain a balanced mindset and overcome challenges more easily.
On the other hand, I also have some bad habits.
One of them is procrastinating on important tasks. I often delay my work and end up rushing to finish it at the last minute.
Another bad habit is eating snacks late at night. Even when I am full, I sometimes eat junk food, which makes me feel tired the next day.
Lastly, I tend to worry too much about perfection. I overthink small problems and unimportant things, which causes unnecessary stress.
Because of these habits, I am trying to improve myself little by little. I want to build a better routine and focus on my progress instead of the results.
In conclusion, I believe that our daily habits play an important role in shaping our lives. Thank you for listening.
