[Position Summary] The incumbent focuses on providing management direction and support tools for the management of marketing activities, building and promoting the Company brand and its services in Korea. She is responsible for the development of marketing strategy, plan and budget for the region and for initiating and monitoring the success of an integrated marketing campaign for Korea.
[업무내용]
1. Provides management support and guidance to the respective Management and Marketing staff e.g. by training staff in using Company Guidelines and Procedures for Marketing (Corporate Manual - Corporate Identity and Corporate Design Guidelines, Asia Pacific Marketing Quality Management Handbook) and by creating local procedures customized to local market needs. 2. Monitors output and quality of marketers in the region through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) defining, activities planning, budget controlling and annual internal audit of local Marketing Depts. 3. Ensures adherence to Company Guidelines and Procedures for Marketing (Corporate Manual - Corporate Identity and Corporate Design Guidelines, Asia Pacific Marketing Quality Management Handbook) throughout Korea. 4. Initiates and manages market research and competitor analysis for the region. 5. Develops marketing strategy and plan for the region. 6. Monitors the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing activities. 7. Implements customer satisfaction survey for the region. 8. Manages regional customer magazine(s) and newsletter(s). 9. Manages quality and content of regional website(s). 10. Partners Asia Pacific Marketing department in implementation of pan-regional projects and activities (e.g. pan-regional sales support tools, events etc.). 11. Establishes a network to and maintains alliances with public authorities, key regional business / educational associations in the region. 12. Develops and implements internal communications initiatives for the region. 13. Manages regional (non-crisis) media enquiries and events. 14. Provides marketing communication support to CEO of Company, e.g. speech writing, presentation for public speaking opportunities). 15. Acts as regional interface to Company Asia Pacific Marketing Department in order to communicate with Company Board of Management Corporate Communications Department all other central Marketing Departments of Company. 16. Any other duties as assigned by CEO of the Company and Marketing VP (International Marketing).
[자격요건]
1. Bachelor’s Degree required. Post graduate studies in Marketing, Management or Business Administration is an advantage. (학사학위이상, 마케팅, 경영학 전공자 우대 ) 2. Minimum of 3 years marketing experience at a senior level in a B2B environment. (유관분야 B2B 환경에서의 경력 3년 이상) 3. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
