Very nice, cozy, clean room for a female tenant available from May 15th for $925 per month which includes all utilities including internet and full furnishings.

Home is beautiful & very bright with lots of windows & centrally located in Vancouver, near Main St & 55th Ave., YVR is nearby; a very short walk to Sunset Community Centre; minutes from Langara College; easily accessible bus routes on Main St or 49th Ave for convenient transportation to downtown.

Fully furnished room is private on the 2nd floor of a 2 story laneway house which is shared with 2 other girls. It is located in a well maintained newer home in a safe neighborhood with convenience of grocery stores, banks, coffee shops, bakeries, etc nearby for easy walking distance.
Room includes lots of light with 2 windows, a single bed, desk, lamp; suite has 2 bathrooms, in-suite laundry, equipped kitchen, etc.
Best suited for a student or working female who is respectful and tidy; no smoking, drugs or loud parties.
