I have 2 room available right now in our house. . It is newly renovated. The room will share bathroom with one person. Roomates are from Vietnamese, Canada and Zimbabwe. They are 3 working professionals

in early 30's. House is fully furnished and bedroom is also fully furnished with TV,bed, desk, and chair. So all you need to do is bring yourself. We have a household Netflix, Prime, Crunchyroll, Disney account and PlayStation 5 & Board Games if you like playing games. Internet is very fast at 750mb per second.

I run a badminton and Hike meetup so if interested you are welcome to join us on weekdays or weekends. We enjoy doing activities together like potluck dinners, board game night, movie nights. We will also be decorating Christmas tree and house together. We are also big foodies so you are welcome to join us to go out and eat or cook some new dishes. On weekends we drive together to go hiking and visit events. We have a garden where we have planted some vegetables and flowers so if you also want to plant some vegetables you are welcome. We usually do 2-3 roomate camping trips together every year.

Laundry machines is inside the suite which you can use anytime. Rent is all inclusive including utilities internet and all other fees. If you have a car there is street parking in front of the house .

The house is one bus to Langara, UBC, Metrotown, Joyce skytrain and 29th avenue skytrain. Very convenient to go everywhere. There is a Tennis court, basketball court and race track right next to the house. As well a community centre with a gym and a swimming pool. There is a BC liquor store and two supermarkets Independent and Super88 (asian grocery) walking distance away so pretty easy to get anything.
