Hello, I am posting a living room share rental.

I rented this place to stay with a Japanese friend, but since I am going back to Korea, I have moved over to my friend, and they are currently looking for someone to share the place with.

Since I'm going on May 29th, I can talk to this friend on the 30th or 31st to move in or be able to move my belongings in advance! 

The location of the house is great. It is 3 minutes from the metro station.All utilities are included. It is super convenient because the bathroom, washing machine, dryer, and kitchen are all to the two of us. All tableware is provided.

I am a Japanese male student currently studying at Langara College.

A very convenient area with all amenities nearby.

Rental conditions

Monthly Rent: $750

Security Deposit: $400 (Returned by the landlord upon move-out if there are no issues)

Minimum residency period: 3 months

You will be sharing the condo with just the two of us.
