너희가 나에게 대항함은 어찌 됨이냐

불의로 진리를 막는 사람들

예레미야 2:29-30

29 너희가 나에게 대항함은 어찌 됨이냐

너희가 다 내게 잘못하였느니라

여호와의 말씀이니라

"Why do you bring charges against me?

You have all rebelled against me,"

declares the LORD.

30 내가 너희 자녀들을 때린 것이 무익함은

그들이 징계를 받아들이지 아니함이라

너희 칼이 사나운 사자 같이 너희 선지자들을 삼켰느니라

"In vain I punished your people;

they did not respond to correction.

Your sword has devoured your prophets like a ravening lion.

예레미야 26:20, 23

20 또 여호와의 이름으로 예언한 사람이 있었는데

곧 기럇여아림 스마야의 아들 우리야라

그가 예레미야의 모든 말과 같이

이 성과 이 땅에 경고하여 예언하매

(Now Uriah son of Shemaiah from Kiriath Jearim

was another man who prophesied in the name of the LORD;

he prophesied the same things against this city and this land

as Jeremiah did.

23 그들이 우리야를 애굽에서 연행하여

여호야김 왕에게로 그를 데려오매

왕이 칼로 그를 죽이고

그의 시체를 평민의 묘지에 던지게 하니라

They brought Uriah out of Egypt

and took him to King Jehoiakim,

who had him struck down with a sword

and his body thrown into the burial place of the common people.)

느헤미야 9:26

그들은 순종하지 아니하고 주를 거역하며

주의 율법을 등지고

주께로 돌아오기를 권면하는 선지자들을 죽여

주를 심히 모독하였나이다

"But they were disobedient and rebelled against you;

they put your law behind their backs.

They killed your prophets, who had admonished them in order to turn them back to you;

they committed awful blasphemies.

이사야 1:5

너희가 어찌하여 매를 더 맞으려고

패역을 거듭하느냐

온 머리는 병들었고

온 마음은 피곤하였으며

Why should you be beaten anymore?

Why do you persist in rebellion?

Your whole head is injured,

your whole heart afflicted.

마태복음 5:11-12

11 나로 말미암아

너희를 욕하고

박해하고

거짓으로 너희를 거슬러 모든 악한 말을 할 때에는

너희에게 복이 있나니

"Blessed are you

when people insult you,

persecute you

and falsely say all kinds of evil against you

because of me.

12 기뻐하고 즐거워하라

하늘에서 너희의 상이 큼이라

너희 전에 있던 선지자들도

이같이 박해하였느니라

Rejoice and be glad,

because great is your reward in heaven,

for in the same way they persecuted

the prophets who were before you.

마태복음 21:33-39

33 다른 한 비유를 들으라

한 집 주인이 포도원을 만들어

산울타리로 두르고

거기에 즙 짜는 틀을 만들고

망대를 짓고

농부들에게 세로 주고

타국에 갔더니

"Listen to another parable:

There was a landowner who planted a vineyard.

He put a wall around it,

dug a winepress in it

and built a watchtower.

Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers

and went away on a journey.

34 열매 거둘 때가 가까우매

그 열매를 받으려고 자기 종들을 농부들에게 보내니

When the harvest time approached,

he sent his servants to the tenants to collect his fruit.

35 농부들이 종들을 잡아

하나는 심히 때리고

하나는 죽이고

하나는 돌로 쳤거늘

"The tenants seized his servants;

they beat one,

killed another,

and stoned a third.

36 다시 다른 종들을 처음보다 많이 보내니

그들에게도 그렇게 하였는지라

Then he sent other servants to them, more than the first time,

and the tenants treated them the same way.

37 후에

자기 아들을 보내며 이르되

그들이 내 아들은 존대하리라 하였더니

Last of all,

he sent his son to them.

'They will respect my son,' he said.

38 농부들이 그 아들을 보고

서로 말하되

이는 상속자니

자 죽이고

그의 유산을 차지하자 하고

"But when the tenants saw the son,

they said to each other,

'This is the heir.

Come, let's kill him

and take his inheritance.'

39 이에 잡아

포도원 밖에 내쫓아 죽였느니라

So they took him

and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.

마태복음 23:37

예루살렘아 예루살렘아

선지자들을 죽이고

네게 파송된 자들을 돌로 치는 자여

암탉이 그 새끼를 날개 아래에 모음 같이

내가 네 자녀를 모으려 한 일이 몇 번이더냐

그러나 너희가 원하지 아니하였도다

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,

you who kill the prophets

and stone those sent to you,

how often I have longed to gather your children together,

as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings,

but you were not willing.

하박국 2:4

보라

그의 마음은 교만하며

그 속에서 정직하지 못하나

의인은 그의 믿음으로 말미암아 살리라

"See,

he is puffed up;

his desires are not upright--

but the righteous will live by his faith –

로마서 1:16-18

16 내가 복음을 부끄러워하지 아니하노니

이 복음은 모든 믿는 자에게 구원을 주시는

하나님의 능력이 됨이라

먼저는 유대인에게요

그리고 헬라인에게로다

I am not ashamed of the gospel,

because it is the power of God

for the salvation of everyone who believes:

first for the Jew,

then for the Gentile.

17 복음에는 하나님의 의가 나타나서

믿음으로 믿음에 이르게 하나니

기록된 바

오직 의인은 믿음으로 말미암아 살리라 함과 같으니라

For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed,

a righteousness that is by faith from first to last,

just as it is written:

"The righteous will live by faith."

18 하나님의 진노가

불의로 진리를 막는 사람들의

모든 경건하지 않음과 불의에 대하여

하늘로부터 나타나나니

The wrath of God

is being revealed from heaven

against all the godlessness and wickedness of men

who suppress the truth by their wickedness,
