What was Promised to Iran from Putin yesterday meeting?

This  video  is showing  that  Iranian PM Aragchi's talking  after meeting  with Putin. 
Aragchi  explained  like that  Putin  promised to  supply  protection for  Iran and  cooperation  is  continuing.  
Hence,  his  face said  he is lieing.  He did failed  to get  Putin's  answer. 
Following  pictures shows  how  was proceeded from the  meeting  in Kremlin. 
In my view,  Aragchi  suddenly  flied to Kremlin  even  without  gotten acceptance  from Kremlin.
