💜 Room is larger than the master bedroom with a big window
💜 Perfect for someone who wants a comfortable home
💜 Looking for someone who values basic respect and cleanliness
💜 Only 2 people total in a 1 bed + 1 bath unit
💜 I work full-time and have weekdays off. I leave and return home very early, so we won’t clash in the kitchen or bathroom
💜 Prefer someone working full-time / long-term stay
💜 $1400 all included: utilities, internet, salt & pepper, basic cookware/dishes, and water filters installed in all sinks (changed every 2 months)
