안녕하세요! 제가 지금까지 살아오면서 느꼈던 장점에 대해서 말씀드릴게요.

마스터 룸 안에는 퀸 사이즈 침대, 책상, 선풍기, 개인 화장실, 옷장 2개 있고요.

거실, 주방은 공용 공간으로  식기류, 오븐, 전자레인지, 브리타, 냉장고, 주방도구 모두 준비되어있습니다.

집에는 집주인분들과 같이 살게 되는데 대만 커플 분들로 세컨룸에서 지내고 있습니다.

사실 최상층 31층에 뷰 좋고, 헬스장, 사우나, 수영장 등등 다 있음에도 가격을 합리적으로 내놓으신 이유는
집을 깨끗하게 쓰고, 서로 배려하면서 살 수 있는 세입자를 구하기 위해서라고 합니다!

성격도 좋으시고, 같은 아시안이라 그런지 편안하면서 좋은 관계 유지하면서 지냈어요.

Hi! I'd like to share the things I've really appreciated about living here.

The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, desk, fan, private bathroom, and 2 closets.

The living room and kitchen are shared spaces, fully equipped with dishware, oven, microwave, Brita filter, fridge, and all kitchen tools.

You'll be living with the owners of the home, a Taiwanese couple who stay in the second bedroom.

Even though it's on the top floor (31st floor) with a great view and access to a gym, sauna, pool, and more, they've priced it reasonably because they're specifically looking for tenants who will keep the place clean and be considerate of one another.

They're really kind, and since we're both Asian, I found it easy to build a comfortable and positive relationship with them.
