SoftBank Group CEO Masayoshi Son will announce a $100 billion investment in the U.S. over the next four years during a Monday visit to U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's residence Mar-a-Lago, CNBC reported on Monday.

손 마사요시 소프트뱅크 그룹 CEO가 월요일 도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령 당선인의 관저 마라라고를 방문해 향후 4년간 미국에 1,000억 달러를 투자할 것이라고 CNBC가 월요일에 보도했다.

Son will also promise in the joint announcement with Trump to create 100,000 jobs focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and related infrastructure, with the money to be deployed before the end of Trump's term, CNBC said, citing sources.

CNBC는 소식통을 인용해 손 대표가 트럼프와의 공동 발표에서 인공지능(AI) 및 관련 인프라에 초점을 맞춘 10만개의 일자리를 창출하겠다고 약속할 것이라고 전했다.

The funding could come from various sources controlled by SoftBank, including the Vision Fund, capital projects or chipmaker Arm Holdings, CNBC said. (Reuters)

CNBC는 이 자금이 비전 펀드, 캐피탈 프로젝트 또는 반도체 제조업체 Arm Holdings를 포함하여 소프트뱅크가 통제하는 다양한 출처에서 나올 수 있다고 말했다. (로이터)
