Mark 15

15:21 A certain man from Cyrene, Simon, the father of Alexander and Rufus, 

알렉산더와 루포의 아버지 시몬, 구레네 사람인 어떤 사람이

was passing by on his way in from the country, 시골에서 돌아오는 길에 지나가던 중이었다

and they forced him to carry the cross. 그리고 그들(로마 군인들)은 그가 십자가를 나르도록 강압했다.

15:22 They brought Jesus to the place called Golgotha (which means The Place of the Skull).

그들은 해골이라는 장소를 의미하는 골고다라고 불리어지는 장소로 예수를 데려왔다.

15:23 Then they offered him wine mixed with myrrh,

그때 그들은 몰약을 섞은 포도주를 그에게 주었으나

but he did not take it. 그는 그것을 받지 않았다.

15:24 And they crucified him. 그리고 그들은 그를 십자가에 못 박았다.

Dividing up his clothes, they cast lots(제비뽑다) to see what each would get.

그의 옷을 나누어 각자가 무엇을 얻을지 보기 위해 (그들은) 제비를 뽑았다.

15:25 It was the third hour when they crucified him.

그들이 그(예수)를 십자가에 못박을 때 시간이 세시(현재 시간 9시)였다.

15:26 The written notice of the charge against him read: THE KING OF THE JEWS.

그에 대한 기소 내용이 쓰여진 통지에는 다음과 같이 적혀 있다. "유대인들의 왕"

15:27 They crucified two robbers with him, one on his right and one on his left.

그들은 그(예수)의 오른편과 왼편에 두 강도들을 그(예수)와 함께 십자가에 못박았다.

15:28 - 없음

15:29 Those who passed by hurled(퍼붓다) insults(모욕) at him,

지나가던 사람들이 그를 향해 모욕적인 말을 퍼부었다.

shaking their heads and saying, 그들의 머리를 흔들며 말하기를 

 "So! You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days,

그래서 성전을 무너뜨리고 삼일 후에 그것을 세우는 너는 
15:30 come down from the cross and save yourself!"

십자가에서 내려와서 너 자신을 구하라.

15:31 In the same way(마찬가지로) the chief priests and the teachers of the law

mocked him among themselves.

마찬가지로 대제사장들과 율법사(선생)들은 서로 그를 조롱했다.

 "He saved others," they said, "but he can't save himself!

"그는 다른 사람들은 구했다."  그들은 "그러나 그 자신은 구할 수 없다."고 말했다.

15:32 Let this Christ, this King of Israel, come down now from the cross, 

이스라엘의 왕, 이 그리스도가 지금 십자가로부터 내려오게 하라.

that we may see and believe. 우리가 보고 믿을 것이다.

" Those crucified with him also heaped(더 쌓다) insults on him.

십자가에 그(예수)와 함께 못 박힌 자들도 그를 모욕했다.
