Academic & Operations staff came together -annual Staff Induction days

This week, our Academic and Operations staff came together for our annual Staff Induction days, and it was fantastic to see such energy and commitment across the board. Over the last three days, teams took part in a wide range of sessions covering everything from curriculum planning, classroom allocations, and safeguarding, to medical resources, HR, data and IT processes, finance, and other key school policies, not to mention facilities and operational procedures that keep our school running smoothly. Beyond the formal sessions, colleagues also had the chance to break off into their respective departments, fine-tuning classroom setups, reviewing resources, and putting the final preparations in place ahead of next week's start. It has been a productive and inspiring few days, and we're more ready than ever to welcome our students back!

이번 주에 우리 학사 및 운영팀이 연례 직원 오리엔테이션을 위해 모였는데, 전 직원이 보여준 열정과 헌신을 보니 정말 멋졌습니다. 지난 3일 동안 팀들은 교육과정 계획, 교실 배정, 학생 보호부터 의료 자원, 인사, 데이터 및 IT 프로세스, 재정, 기타 주요 학교 정책은 물론, 학교 운영을 원활하게 하는 시설과 운영 절차에 이르기까지 다양한 세션에 참여했습니다. 정규 수업 외에도 동료들은 각자의 부서로 나뉘어 교실 환경을 세밀하게 조정하고, 자료를 검토하며, 다음 주 수업 시작을 앞두고 최종 준비를 마칠 기회를 가졌습니다. 생산적이고 영감을 주는 며칠이었고, 이제 학생들을 다시 맞이할 준비가 그 어느 때보다 완벽합니다!
