11월 1일 또는 15일부터 입주 가능한, 전용 욕실이 포함된 방을 찾고 있습니다. 최소 6개월 이상 거주하실 분을 구합니다.
총 침실 3개, 욕실 2개 구조이며, 주방과 세탁 시설(세탁기/건조기)은 남성분 한 명과 함께 사용하시게 됩니다.
월세는 1200달러이며, 공과금은 별도입니다(가스비는 매달 약 40달러, 전기/수도 등은 두 달에 약 50달러 정도 나오지만, 사용량에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다).
위치는 킬라니(Killarney) 지역입니다.

I am looking for someone who wants to rent a room with a private bathroom in a laneway house on November 1st or 15th for a 6-month lease or longer

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but you’ll be sharing the kitchen/ laundry/ dryer with one guy.
$1200 plus utilities( usually about $40 for gas every month and $50 every 2 months, however it depends) 
It’s in the Killarney area.
