미국 정부가 공식 문서에서 “잠재적 테러분자”로 분자로 여겨지는 72가지 타입의 미국인들을 규정해 놓았다.

당신은 보수적이고, 자유를 옹호하고, 기독교인이고, 총기 소유자인가? 당신은 낙태와 세계화와, 공산주의와, 불법이민과 UN 또는 New World Order를 반대하는가? 당신은 음모이론을 믿고, 우리가 “종말의 때”를 살고 있음을 믿거나 (지금 이곳과 같은) 인터넷 대안 뉴스를 보기 위해 방문하고 있는가? 만일 이 중에 어느 하나라도 “그렇다”는 대답을 한다면, 당신은 미국 정부의 공식 문서에서 “잠재적인 테러범”으로 분류된 사람이다.

한 때 “테러범”이라는 용어는 지극히 제한적으로 사용되었었다. 오사마 빈라덴이나 이슬람 성전을 주장하는 이들에게 한정적으로 이 용어를 사용했었다.  하지만, 현재 오바마 정부는 테러를 훈련하고 있는 이슬람 사람들에게는 이 용어를 사용하지 않으면서, 광범위한 미국 시민들을 “테러범”으로 규정하고 있다.

그리고 “테러범”으로 분류 된다는 것은 정부가 당신이 가진 모든 권리를 박탈하고,  당신을  관타나모에 잡혀 있는 테러범들처럼 취급할 수 있다는 뜻이다. 그러니 현재 당신이 “잠재적 테러범”으로 분류되어 있다면 이를 가볍게 생각해서는 안된다.

어떤 그룹에게 박해를 가하기 전에 제일 먼저 하는 작업이 그들을 ‘악마적 존재로 낙인 찍는 것(demonize)’이다. 현재 많은 평화롭고 법을 준수하는 시민 그룹들이 무자비한 마녀사냥의 대상이 되어 가고 있다.

아래는 미국 정부의 공식 문서에서 “극단주의자들” 과 “잠재적 테러분자들”로 분류해 놓은 72 가지 타입의 미국인들이다.  이 기준으로 따지면 대부분의 미국시민들이 잠재적 테러분자로 분류되게 된다.

* 911 테러 이후 테러분자들이라는 죄목으로 관타나모 수용소에 끌려가 현재 생사 여부조차 확인하기 힘들게 된 사람들처럼, 대부분의 미국 시민들이 “잠재적 테러분자들”로 분류되어 때가 되면 FEMA에 갇혀 저들의 처분만을 기다리게 될 날이 올 것이다.

복잡하게 72개 조항으로 나누어 설명하고 있지만, 저들이 규정하고 있는 “잠재적인 테러분자들”이란 한 마디로 New World Order에 반대하거나 협조하지 않는 사람들을 의미한다.

북한과 같이 개인과 종교의 자유가 박탈당하고 모든 사람들이 정부의 감시와 통제를 받게 될 New World Order 체제에 순응하지 않거나, 저들의 마귀적인 가치관(낙태, 동성애 등)에 동조하지 않는 사람들은 모두 FEMA에 끌려가 교화되거나 살처분을 당하게 될 것이다.
