상부경추의 불안정성을 초래하는 익상인대(alar ligement) laxity 검사법을 찾다가

결국 상부경추 검사법 모두를 알아야 할듯

과도한 움직임을 야기하는 불안정성과 limitation of movement를 찾아야

익상인대 불안정성은 논문에 의하면 교통사고, 다운증후군, 류마티스관절염 환자에게 있음.

cervical spondylosis에서도 있을거 같아서.. 우선 알아두고 

임상에서 어떤 의미가 있는지 찾아봐야 할듯..

 The upper cervical spine is defined here as the occiput and upper three cervical vertebrae (C1–3) with their surrounding soft tissues.

1.  Trauma

– Whiplash

– Fracture of vertebral body, spinous or transverse process

– Ligamentous sprain

– Muscular strain

– Spondylosis – degeneration of C2–C3 intervertebral disc
