CARP Family Holiday Party

Over 80 guests gathered at Las Vegas Family Church sanctuary for the 3^rd annual CARP Holiday party.  This year, we invited family members of CARP guests as well as our community members who have supported our activities this year.  The party was packed with a festive spirit all evening.

The sanctuary was elegantly decorated with red ribbons, and tables were set for sit down Christmas dinner!  Pot luck dinner turned out to be impressive – we had a wide variety of American and Asian dishes and desserts.  As all the guests shared about their highlights from this year, homemade apple ciders and hot chocolate were served at the tables by CARP members as well. 

Testimonies were given by some members who have been studying the Principle, as well as by some community members.  All those shared were testimonies to the power of Heavenly Parent working through the witnessing efforts, and the love of our True Parents flowing through all of the people who gathered there.   Especially the parents of CARP members and guests were very moved to witness firsthand what their children have been experiencing, and these events definitely help them to have positive and accurate views of our movement.

The evening came to a close with songs by CARP members and Japanese missionaries, and an exciting gift exchange.  A very happy and joyful energy surrounded all the guests.
