본질 essence, ~에 집중하다 focus on ~, 표면surface, N+~적이다 have charater of N, 흔들리다 be swayed, ~지 마세요 don't do ~,  좀 little 더 more,  깊다 deep, 깊이 deeply, 들여다보다 look into, 실제 real, 상황 situation, 파악하다 figure out, 기회 oppertunity, 잡으세요 take, seize

so it means.
[Focus on the essence and don't be swayed by the superficial.]
[Look into more deeply and undestand the real situation, and seize the oppertunity]

Friends, nowadays, there are so many information, it is difficult to figure out which is truth or false.  So sometimes we are unstable to make a decision or acting according to the false infromation. so we need to think more and try to understand from diverse demention.
