참부모경 - 132. 천주청평수련원 기공식과 봉헌식

참부모님께서는 1997년 3월 10일 옛 청평수련소 일대에 전 세계 식구들을 교육하는 국제적 규모의 천주청평수련원(천성왕림궁전) 기공식을 거행하셨으며, 1999년 11월 7일 완공과 함께 봉헌식을 가지셨다.

19 1997년 3월 10일 오늘은 청평 성지에서 하늘땅이 기억할 수 있는 자리를 마련해 통일가의 새로운 훈련도장, 혹은 정성들이는 성전, 더 나아가서는 하늘과 땅이 연결될 수 있는 하나의 심정적 세계를 출발하는 기원지, 하나의 궁전이라고 할 수 있는 건물을 짓기 위해 기공식을 갖는 날입니다. 이 사실은 역사적이고 하늘의 섭리사에 무엇보다 중요하게 기록될 것입니다. 이 청평 성지는 본인에게는 잊을 수 없는 곳입니다. 현재 지어진 이 수련소를 중심삼고, 지금부터 30년 전에 누구도 알지 못하는 통일교회라는 조그마한 교단을 만들어 이곳이 섭리사에서 세계 만민이 추앙할 수 있는 초종교적이요 초이상적인 기지뿐만 아니라 고향 땅이 될 것을 생각하고 발표했습니다. 그 30년 전을 생각하면 감회가 깊습니다.

20 청평 땅은 영과 육을 중심삼고 하늘땅과 협력한 자리에서 개인이 출생할 수 있는 기지, 가정이 출생할 수 있는 심정적 기지, 혹은 국가가 출생할 수 있는 기지, 더 나아가 세계와 하늘땅이 출생할 수 있는 심정적 기지뿐만 아니라 지상천국․천상천국을 건설할 수 있는 심정의 기지가 될 수 있는 땅입니다. 통일교회가 시련을 극복할 수 있는 입장에 선다면 비약적으로 발전할 수 있습니다. 세계의 젊은이들이 모여 교육을 받고 축복가정들이 수련을 받아 세계로 전진해 갈 수 있는 일이 이 청평 땅에서 이루어진다는 사실은, 대한민국의 모든 땅을 대신해서도 자랑할 수 있고 민족과 국가가 자랑할 뿐만 아니라 아시아와 세계 전 인류가 자랑할 수 있는 일입니다.

21 오늘은 청평 성지에 하나님의 전당을 기공하는 축하의 날이 되겠사오니, 이 기지가 하늘과 땅을 연결할 수 있는 판문점이 될 수 있게 허락하여 주시옵소서. 분열된 남북을 통일하여 하늘의 통일적 금문점(金門店)이 될 수 있는 표시로서 영계․육계에 선악을 분별할 수 있고 정의의 기준을 세울 수 있는 하나의 출발기지를 건설하는 기공식이 되겠사오니, 하늘땅 전체가 축하의 날로 모시고 하나님을 중심삼고 땅 위의 참부모와 하나되어 심정적 기틀을 마련하여 영원한 역사시대와 후속시대를 넘을 수 있게 하여 주시옵고, 심정적 통일권을 연결시킬 수 있는 역사를 대표한 전통의 교량이 될 수 있게 축복하여 주시옵소서. 만민을 형제애로 묶고, 만국을 하나의 형제국으로 묶어 하늘땅이 하나의 형제국가로서 하나님과 참부모가 치리하는 새로운 지상․천상의 왕권시대로 진입할 수 있는 축복의 문을 활짝 열어 주시옵기를 부탁드리고 원하옵니다. 영계에 간 모든 선조들이 땅 위에 연결된 그의 후손들과 일체화도어 평화의 세계를 향하는 통일적 이상이 일취월장하게 허락하여 주시옵고, 당신의 바람이신 장자권복귀를 지나고 부모권복귀를 지나서 왕권복귀시대에 전 세계를 하나의 나라로 품을 수 있는 하나님의 전체․전반․전능시대로 진입할 수 있게 축복하여 주시옵소서. 여기에 모인 각국의 식구들이 정성들여 이 기공식을 축하하는 자리를 기꺼이 보시어서 만국과 연결될 수 있는 축복의 터전이 되게 허락하여 주시옵기를 간절히 부탁하고 원하옵니다.

22 1999년 11월 7일, 천성왕림궁전 봉헌식을 앞두고, 하늘이 주시하는 가운데 천상세계의 축복가정과 지상세계의 축복가정이 일체가 되어 하나님을 모시고 승리의 주권 현현을 영육으로 다짐할 수 있는 승리의 궁전 이름을 가진 터전을 봉헌하는 이날을 맞이하여 이 성별식을 갖게 된 것을 진실로 감사드립니다. 하늘이 이날을 기억하시어 하늘의 소유권으로 결정하여 천년만년 자손만대에 추앙의 기지가 되고 사랑의 전통적 영육 일체 심정권의 출발 기지로 삼으시옵소서. 이곳이 천하에 사모의 궁전이 되고, 사랑의 궁전이 되고, 혈통적 인연을 존중할 수 있는 숭배의 궁전이 되게 허락하여 주시옵소서. 그럼으로써 천지부모가 언제나 중심이 되시어 만세 사랑의 통치권에 의해서 사랑으로 연결된 세계화 운동에 성별 확대를 위한 기념적인 하나의 기원지가 되게 허락하여 주시옵기를 간절히 바라옵고 원하옵니다.

23 한민족은 물론이요 세계에 널려있는 수많은 국가 국가들이 하나의 혈족으로 단일민족권을 편성하여 하나님을 중심삼은 자주적인 사랑의 주권세계를 건설하기 위하여 걸어 나오던 모든 것이 국가를 넘고 세계화시대에 선두의 자리에 서서 모범을 보이는 일을 해야 될 출발의 출현 기지로서 이 궁전을 건설하였사옵니다. 이것을 아버지께서 직접 주관하시어서 영계 전체가 일체화되어 축복받은 선조들과 지상의 축복받은 후손들이 하나되어 통일천하, 평등 평화의 세계로 전진할 수 있는 해방 지상천국, 해방 천상천국의 시대를 맞게 해주시옵소서. 이 모든 뜻을 이어 만민의 가슴 가슴에 생명의 인연을 통해 사랑의 혈통적인 결속을 다짐하는 수련 궁전으로서 아버지 앞에 이 시간 봉헌하오니, 천상세계에 가 있는 모든 영들과 모든 존재들이 주목하는 자리에 지상 전 세계의 인류를 대표하고 만물을 대표하여 초점을 맞춘 승리의 하나의 기지로서, 당신의 하늘나라 왕자 왕녀의 권한을 갖출 수 있는 승리적 인간 해방자들을 양육할 수 있는 전당으로 받아 주시옵기를 간절히 바라옵고 원하옵니다. 

真の父母経 - 132. 天宙清平修錬苑起工式と奉献式

真の父母様ば、一九九七年三月十日、旧・清平修練所一帯に、全世界の食口たちを教育する国際的規模の天宙清平修錬苑（天城旺臨宮殿）を建てる起工式を挙行され、一九九九年十一月七日、完工とともに奉献式を行われた。
 
 19 一九九七年三月十日、きょうは清平聖地で天地が記憶し得る場を整え、統一家の新しい訓練道場、あるいは精誠を捧げる聖殿、ひいては天と地が連結され得る一つの心情的世界を出発する起源地、一つの宮殿と言える建物を造るために、起工式を行う日です。この事実は、歴史的であり、天の摂理史に何よりも重要なこととして記録されるでしょう。
 
この清平聖地は、私には忘れられない所です。現在、造られたこの修練所を中心として、今から三十年前に誰も知らない統一教会という小さな教団をつくり、ここが摂理史において世界万民が仰ぎ見ることのできる超宗教的で超理想的な基地になるだけでなく、故郷の地になることを考えて発表しました。その三十年前を思えば、感慨深いのです。
 
 20 清平の地は、霊と肉を中心として、天地と協力した立場で個人が出生できる基地、家庭が出生できる心情的基地、あるいは国家が出生できる心情的基地、さらには世界と天地が出生できる心情的基地だけでなく、地上天国と天上天国を建設できる心情の基地になり得る地です。
 
統一教会が試練を克服できる立場に立つとすれば、飛躍的に発展することができます。世界の若者たちが集まって教育を受け、祝福家庭が修練を受けて世界に前進していけることが、この清平の地で成し遂げられるという事実は、大韓民国のすべての地に代わって誇ることもでき、民族と国家が誇るだけでなく、アジアと世界の全人類が誇り得ることなのです。
 
 21 きょうは、清平聖地に神様の殿堂を起工する祝賀の日になりますので、この基地が天と地を連結し得る板門店（パンムンヂョム）になれるよう許諾してください。分裂した南北を統一し、天の統一的金門店（キムムンヂョム）になり得る表示として、霊界と肉界において善悪を分別することができ、正義の基準を立て得る一つの出発基地を建設する起工式になりますので、天地全体が祝賀の日として迎え、神様を中心として地上の真の父母と一つになり、心情的土台を準備し、永遠の歴史時代と後続時代を越えられるようにしてくださり、心情的統一圏を連結させ得る、歴史を代表した伝統の橋梁となれるように祝福してください。万民を兄弟愛で束ね、万国を一つの兄弟国として束ねて、天地が一つの兄弟国家として、神様と真の父母が統治する、新しい地上と天上の王権時代に進入できる祝福の門を大きく開いてくださることをお願い申し上げます。
 
霊界に行ったすべての先祖たちが、地上に連結されたその子孫たちと一体化し、平和の世界に向かう統一的理想が日進月歩するよう許諾してくださり、あなたの願いである長子権復帰を通過し、父母権復帰を通過して、王権復帰時代に全世界を一つの国として抱き得る神様の全体・全般・全能時代に進入できるように祝福してください。ここに集まった各国の食口たちが精誠を捧げ、起工式を祝うこの場を喜んで御覧くださり、万国と連結され得る祝福の拠点となるよう許諾してくださることを切にお願い申し上げます。
 
 22 一九九九年十一月七日、天城旺臨宮殿の奉献式に先立ち、天が注視する中、天上世界の祝福家庭と地上世界の祝福家庭が一体となって神様に侍り、勝利の主権顕現を霊肉で誓ゐる、勝利の宮殿の名をもつ拠点を奉献するこの日を迎え、この聖別式を行うようになったことを心から感謝申し上げます。
 
天がこの日を記憶し、天の所有権として決定して、千年、万年、子孫万代が仰ぎ見る基地となり、愛の伝統的霊肉一体心情圏の出発基地としてください。ここが天下に思慕の宮殿となり、愛の宮殿となり、血統的関係を尊重できる崇拝の宮殿になるよう許諾してください。
 
それによって、常に天地父母が中心になり、万世の愛の統治権によって、愛で連結された世界化運動において、聖別拡大のための記念的な一つの起源の地となるよう許諾してくださることを、切にお願い申し上げます。
 
 23 韓民族はもちろんのこと、世界に広がっている数多くの国々が一つの血族として単一民族圏を編成し、神様を中心とした自主的な愛の主権世界を建設するために歩んできたすべてが、国家を越えて世界化時代に先頭の位置に立って模範を示すべき出発の出現基地として、この宮殿を建設いたしました。これを（天の）お父様が直接主管され、霊界全体が一体化し、祝福を受けた先祖たちと地上の祝福を受けた子孫たちが一つになって、統一天下、平等、平和の世界に前進できる解放地上天国、解放天上天国の時代を迎えるようにしてください。
 
このすべてのみ旨を引き継いで、万民の胸に生命の絆を通し、愛の血統的な結束を誓う修練宮殿として、お父様のみ前にこの時間、奉献いたしますので、天上世界にいるすべての霊たちと、すべての存在たちが注目する場において、地上の全世界の人類を代表し、万物を代表し、焦点を合わせた勝利の一つの基地として、あなたの天の国の王子、王女の権限を備えられる勝利的な人間の解放者たちを養育てきる殿堂として、受け取ってくださることを切にお願い申し上げます。

Chambumo Gyeong - 132. The Heaven and Earth Training Center

On March 10, 1997, True Parents held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center, which was to be built on an international scale at the site of. the old training center to facilitate the education of members from all parts of the world. The new facility's dedication ceremony was held at its completion on November 7,1999.
 
19 Today, March 10,1997, we have prepared a place at the Cheongpyeong holy ground that heaven and earth can never forget. We are conducting this groundbreaking ceremony to begin construction of a building that can be called a palace of oneness, a new Unification family training facility and temple where we will offer devotions. It will also represent the original land where the world of one heart begins, and where heaven and earth will connect as one. This ceremony is truly historic. It will be recorded as a milestone in the history of heaven’s providence.

This Cheongpyeong holy ground is an unforgettable place for me. Thirty years ago, after I had founded the small, unknown religious group called the Unification Church, I foresaw that this training center, which is now being built, would be not only a center of idealism, where the people of the world would be able to worship together transcending religion, but it would also become the homeland of providential history. Based on those thoughts, I made this declaration 30 years ago. When I remember that day now, I cannot help but be moved. (282-045, 1997/03/10)
 
20 This land of Cheongpyeong can become the foundation where an individual can be reborn. It is the place of cooperation between heaven, centering on the spirit, and earth, centering on the body. It can also be a place of the heart where a family or even a nation can be born, a place where the world and heaven and earth can be born, and where the kingdom of heaven on earth and in heaven can be built. If the Unification Church can stand in the position of having overcome hardships, we will be able to make dramatic progress.

The work of bringing all this together and educating young people from all over the world will take place here at Cheongpyeong. So will the work of gathering blessed families to attend workshops so that they can step forward to the world. This is something to be proud of. In fact, the people and nation can take pride in this place as representing the entire Republic of Korea. This is true not only for Korea and its people but also for Asia and the people of the world. 21 Heavenly Father, since today will be a day of celebration when we start work on the palace of God at Cheongpyeong holy ground, please allow this foundation to serve as the Panmunjom connecting heaven and earth. This is the groundbreaking ceremony for building the foundation where the standard of righteousness can be established and good and evil can be distinguished in both the spiritual world and the physical world. Through this foundation, the divided North and South will be unified and a golden heavenly gateway will manifest itself. Therefore, all of heaven and earth are celebrating this day.

I pray that God and True Parents will become one on earth, so that this core of heart can settle, and that through this we can transcend all historical ages throughout time and eternity. Please bless this place, that it may become a bridge of historical tradition connecting everything to the realm of one heart. I sincerely ask that You open wide the door of blessing, through which all people can become one in brotherly and sisterly love and all nations can become one. May all of heaven and earth, as one family of nations, enter the age of a new kingship on earth and in heaven, under the governance of God and True Parents.

Please permit rapid progress for the ideal of unity, by which all ancestors who have gone to the spirit world can unite with their descendants on earth and advance together toward the world of peace. Please bless us, so that after undergoing restoration of the authority of the elder son and the authority of the parents, we can enter the age of the complete omnipotence of God, who can embrace the whole world as one great realm in the age of restored kingship. Please look with pleasure at this place, where members from every nation are gathered, praying for and celebrating this groundbreaking ceremony I sincerely ask and beseech You to allow this to become a foundation of blessing that can be connected to all nations. 22 On this day, November 7,1999, the dedication ceremony of Cheon Seong Wang Rim Palace is close at hand. I sincerely thank You that we are able to hold this consecration ceremony and welcome this day when we will be able to dedicate the structure that carries the name, Palace of Victory. Here, we pledge in spirit and in flesh the manifestation of victorious sovereignty. In this very place we will attend God, as the blessed families of the earthly world and the blessed families of the heavenly world become one, under heaven’s watchful eye.

Dear God, remember this day and recognize this place to be under the ownership of heaven, so that it can become a center of worship for thousands of years and thousands of generations, as well as the starting point of the realm of heart, where flesh and spirit become one through the tradition of love. In all of heaven and earth, please permit this place to become the palace of devotion, the palace of love, and the palace of worship, where we respect the relationship of lineage. I sincerely ask and hope that, with the Parents of Heaven and Earth always at its center, You will permit this place to become the unique memorial point of origin for the vast consecration of our worldwide movement, connected by the sovereign power of eternal love. 23 Heavenly Father, not only Koreans but also people from many nations throughout the world are forming the realm of one people with one lineage, building a world of the sovereignty of love in freedom, centered on God. To do this, they are transcending the nation and moving to the front line of the age of globalization. We have built this palace as the foundational starting point, to set a visible model before them. Heavenly Father, please rule this place directly, and after the entire spirit world unites, and the ancestors who have received the Blessing become one with their descendants on earth, let us welcome the age of the liberated kingdom of heaven in heaven and the liberated kingdom of heaven on earth. From there, we will advance to the unified heavenly and earthly world of equality and peace.

Upholding this Will, we are now dedicating this place in front of You, Heavenly Father, as a training palace where we pledge solidarity of lineage in love through a living relationship with the hearts of all people. Therefore, I sincerely ask and appeal that You receive this palace as a place where we can raise up victorious, liberated people who are able to possess the authority of princes and princesses in Your heavenly country. May it become a base of victorious oneness representing all humankind, on which all the spirits who have gone to the heavenly world and the entire creation focus their attention.
