    The aerobic and anaerobic are two kinds of exercise. Aerobic means "with oxygen." During aerobic exercise, your body utilizes oxygen in your muscles. Aerobic exercise is good for lungs and heart health. Anaerobic exercise is short and intense, lasting only a little while. Sprinting is a famous anaerobic exercise. While aerobic exercise benefits the heart and lungs, anaerobic exercise is beneficial for muscles and bones.
